My first experience here was wonderful! Super friendly and helpful, explained all of the different flavors and nutrients! Everything I had was amazing!! And I can happily say that I was able to save some of my shake for later, they’re so big! The prices are fair and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I LOVED my sayings on my cups, every cup has one!! I will be making this a weekly thing for sure!! I didn’t get a picture of my tea be ause I had that gone rather quickly!

There is a ton of drink options here so come with some idea of what you want. The workers were helpful and were able to answer the questions I did have. If you want caffeine free options like me, you just have to let them know when ordering. It seems most of the non-coffee drinks can be made without caffeine. My drink was sweet and delicious. Perfect for a hot summer day!

I took a well over due trip to Rockin Nutrition and Wellness yesterday and ofcorse had to get the package deal, with no regrets I might add. The package consisted of: one aloe shot, one choice of hot or iced tea, and then ofcorse your shake. I got the delicious mandarin aloe, the mighty refreshing pomegranate tea with pomegranate Liftoff for energy, and the mouth watering blueberry muffin shake and topped it off with a little extra protein, and probiotics. This meal replacement is worth every penny!! A real must try!! Leaves you full, without the carb crash. I even put in an order for a bottle of Herbalife brand probiotics.
