Just stopped in for lunch which was amazing. Service was impeccable. Also introduced myself to the GM and also Franchise Owner who were extremely hospitable. As a former GM for a Chick-fil-A in South Florida, I was very impressed “how hands on” the GM as well as the Owner was. Great example of how to run a restaurant. Definitely will return. Sincerely, Frank O’Neill (Lowe’s)

Always a great experience with staff and food!! So nice to frequent a place where “my pleasure” holds strong. This location is super busy but it still is faster than any fast food place around. Staff is pleasant and willing to interact with specific request on orders.

Went through the drive thru and the fries were burnt and old. Tried to call but there isn’t a number listed. Food is usually reliable but unfortunately there have been issues since the move to the new location.

I’ve always loved Chick fil A! Their new location is spacious, clean, and inviting. The service is always quick and the workers are very friendly. The food is delicious! I especially recommend their waffle fries, chocolate shake, and nuggets.

We have been to this new location several times, mostly for the online order pick up since they don’t have a play place anymore. I think they’ve only gotten our order correct a single time. There’s almost always a missing item. Then there is no phone number you can call to complain or ask for a credit/refund for the missing item. Make sure you check your bags before you leave! We usually love Chick-fil-A, but so far not this one.

This is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at a chic-fil-a, it was very surprising. The drive thru line was at a stand still for about 20 minutes with no movement whatsoever. When I finally got to the window I was given the wrong order. When I got the right order the chicken on my sandwich was literally black from being overcooked. Unfortunately I didn’t open the food until I got home 30 minutes away so couldn’t take it back. Needless to say, a lot of wasted time for food that went straight to the trash can.

Just recently went in to eat at the new location in Southern Pines and the service sucked! They were very rude. The girl who took my order seemed like she didn’t want to be there, and got my daughter’s order wrong. Also when I went to get my drink refilled the guy who took my drink filled it up and decided he wanted to stop and talk to someone with my drink in his hand uncovered. When it was time to leave I asked for a bag because we didn’t finish our meals and and my hands were full, he just gave me a bag didn’t even open it and so I went to grab it and it fell on the floor, but he just walked off without helping. I’ve never had a bad experience at chick-fil-a before, but this just really made me upset.

This fast food chain’s newly opened and large, eat in or out eatery is drawing an enormous crowd. Very efficiently staffed and organized. Chick-fil-A chicken lovers will add this to their maps and visitors who are new to this location will not be disappointed. Lines inside and out move with amazing speed, so waits are not long. Fast food fried chicken may be the new reality, but, if you take this chain’s chicken to a picnic or family dinner and replace the box for a platter, no one will ever know that you didn’t serve your own labor intensive, famous fried chicken.

we are big fans of chic fil but this is our first time at the new location. It seems food quality is going down to help pay for new place.

I waited so long to write this review because I kept waiting for things to get better. I was hoping that maybe the new location would help. I realize that Chick-fil-A in general is ALWAYS busy almost every location every day. However this particular location here in Pinehurst/Southern Pines has shorted me items more than any food location of any restaurant I’ve ever frequented. Specifically since May I’ve ordered about 6 times and have had a chicken entree missing 4 of those times. It’s really difficult not to be really angry about these missing items when we are usually trying to get food fast. Not to mention the fact that our items are often NOT ready in a timely manner. We’ve always loved Chick-fil-A but this (missing food) along with the missing personal touch and play lands they really aren’t what they used to be. Maybe it’s time for Chick-fil-A to add another location in our area? West End specifically would love it and maybe we could all finally start getting the service we expect from Chick-fil-A.
