Discovered HAIR in our pizza. We called and the guy who answered was extremely rude, sighed when we told him and pretty much didn’t care. Told him we’d send pics and he said “I don’t got time for all that”. Offered us a free pizza for next time… no thank you. Never again.

At 11:36am June 13-2023 Today the store manager decided to be rude & not share her name. I’ve been ordering pizza from this location & never had an issue. Today I got the Philly cheesesteak Papadia it was disgusting. I called to let them know I can’t eat it nor do I want it. The store manager said she couldn’t get me a refund for the papadia unless she refunds the entire order. She proceeded to tell me she can give me a credit -which I was fine with, for another papadia. I told “her” I didn’t want another one. I basically asked her what the solution was? I was nice, I told her I wasn’t mad or this is her fault and proceeded to ask me “ what you want me to do? How can I do this or that? I DONT WORK THERE! I asked her for her name..she never gave it to me. You can’t be rude & a manager. I will never order papa John’s here again! Ever ! Learn how to speak to people manager what ever your name is. Corporate should know people like this work for Papa Johns!

The pizza is classic Papa John’s, nothing can be expected more or less. Service was typically South Florida, uninterested staff who makes you feel like a burden. Atmosphere is white bright light… So none at all, but as it is a non-dine in place, that’s not why you’re coming here. Conclusion, overpriced chewy bread base, with salted meats and a few veggies. Serviced by people go have lost their will to mean anything to their clients.

Today is May 6 Mother’s Day weekend my son wanted to order a medium chicken pizza with traditional sauce pizza was delivered with ranch instead I called the store to inform them that my kids do not eat the ranch spoke to Mariam who was very insensitive to what we want it she was very rude I had no care I explain to her that I was tired not feeling well and that I would just come and pick the pizza up drove all the way to the store in my pajamas only for eyes in the general manager that was even worse refuse to make the pizza for my kids the world has gotten so cold these days it makes me not even want to order or eat out anymore the way people deal with human beings they really don’t care how they treat the customers, I was very surprised and was never treated like this the pizza was left at the store and I still did not receive my refund nor the pizza I explain to Ivan that my son is just a kid he still did not care still did not want to remake the pizza after getting the pizza back I highly doubt that I will be ordering from this Papajohns ever again I hope that as a general manager and a manager that you feel good about how you treated me as a black woman and my kids. General managers and managers resolve problems to make sure people are treated right and with respect. They brag that they are the manger and then behave with disrespect.

Pizza was good temp, taste and within good time. 5/27/22 1 of the workers register not very friendly. No greet , was very short and more of her attention was on her cell phone , which I felt an employee should not be in use of cell phone while customers at store. She would put her cell down upon taking order, she was not customer friendly.
