Got here on a Saturday night at about 7 pm. Place was very busy. It was a sit yourself down place. Very few empty tables. We grabbed one of the few that was available however we had to clear some plates off. Waitress came to hand us menus but I had to ask her to clean the table. She did so and we thanked her. Our waiter came to get a drink order. We both ordered soft drinks. Decided on an appetizer and ordered it and our meal. Both ordered burgers with fries. Drinks came. Then the burgers and the waiter says is there anything else and I told him we never got the appetizer. He went and checked and realized he did not put the order in for it even though he took our dinner order at the same time! He asked if we still wanted it but we said no. Burgers were good. Nice and hot. Fries were coated but they were okay. It is not indicated on the menu what comes with the burgers. You are asked if you want fries with it but are not told it is an additional cost. $32 for two burgers with fries and two soft drinks. We had to ask for silverware and extra napkins. A bit steep. Service at surrounding tables was just a below par as ours was. Food was good, service, not so much.

Service was good. Atmosphere feels dated. I had the Polish combo platter. If you have a separate section on your menu for Polish food, it should be better than this. Everything on the plate was either store bought or tasted store bought. The potato cakes were laying in the sauerkraut juice and were soggy. Pierogies were Mrs.T’s. I had higher hopes for this place. But this is not for me.

After no less than two hours of waiting for our food, I bit into some medium warm, dry, overcooked wings and a tough, dry, overcooked burger. There was no communication on food taking as long as it did. It then took a very long time to get the check and an even longer time to get the receipt. I am talking no less than 30 minutes without checking up or updating us. She never walked by for us to waive down. 0/10, don’t know how this place is highly rated

Amazing time and best food in town. Hands down. You want hot, fresh, delicious food, here is the place to try. Tonight, I got the Fried Green Tomatoes and the BLT. Chefs kiss. On both. Occasionally, I go with the fried Portobello mushrooms ( also amazing). Very family oriented and great atmosphere. Staff is very attentive and friendly. You can be sitting there with your whole family, kids, babies, etc… And at the same time, people shooting pool. Roundhouse is a good one

We had family here from out of state and we’re having a hard time getting in to a restaurant, every place was busy because of the power outage. We came here and were seated and served in reasonable time. Our server was very attentive and the fish fry for lent was delicious! The drinks were tasty too! We had a great time!

The last time my gf and I were there, my steak was over cooked. It was tough and dry. The manager came to our table and gave us a coupon for an appetizer. I hate that I misplaced it. Because we will be returning. The service was great. Very friendly staff!
