I asked for two separate drinks with no ice and they both had extra ice. I got a Cobb salad with fried chick and the chicken was grilled but the lettuce was squishy and some a little slimy. I work with food I know what kind of lettuce is okay to eat and what isn’t. Tell me how they think it’s okay I also found a hair in my food. I am not picky but I ordered three things two of which were drinks and they messed up all of them. I didn’t notice until 30 minutes after I got home which means I can’t get a refund or anything.

Zaxbys is usually really good food but this location really stands apart from the others. It’s always very clean and great for dining in and the service is way above and beyond. Probably legit the best zaxbys I’ve ever been to. Would go out of my way to go to this one above others.

When I pulled to the window to order the lady ask what can i get for you? I said, one second please. within one second she then said, are you ready? I said one second please again she responded do you know what you want are you ready? You can hear laughing and playing through the speaker. She read back my order correctly. I get to the window she said your total will be 10 dollars for a chicken sandwich. I said I ordered a grill chicken salad with peach drink. She turn around and say she changing her order. I Never changed my order she didn’t get my order right at all with all the playing. then said we didn’t ring you up for a drink. I ask how did you read back my order and got everything wrong? They need to be more professional because everything was funny to them. This is my first time in my life ever writing a review on a business. One of the ladies apologized but started laughing. So unprofessional but what did I expect they are all young. 3/10/2023 at 9pm.

Today I couldn’t really give a one star . There’s to many kids there working with out an adult . The order was wrong the food was cooked in bad old grease . Then they for got some of the order had to go back . Usually they are the best but the salads have gotten really small
