Great food. Service was slow both times we went. It may have just been the rush of traffic around dinner time but we had to wait for almost 20 minutes. The staff gave us coupons for a free sandwich because it took so long. The food was great though. I think they would benefit greatly if they added just 1 vegan sandwich/burger to the menu.

Personal preference always plays a big one here. I do not enjoy the flavor of a Culvers burger and their other options either are not great or are just OK. Service at this location has gotten better but was pretty bad previously. Be sure to check your drive through order before heading home.

Culver’s takes pride in their food. They refuse to go “fast” to make sure it tastes good. Their fries are always hot. I love their Reuben on their sourdough bread. They are generous with the corned beef.

My husband went out of his way to get ice cream for us, just to have the employee hand it to him already melting. He was unable to eat his $3 cone because it was completely melted by the time he got home. We live 4 minutes away and it didn’t make the trip. That’ll be our last time at culvers.

Done going here! After my order was wrong during a previous visit. They did a prety good job fixing it upon my return to the restaurant. But now it has happened for the 3rd time in 5 visits. I decided to go back and try it again..I came here just because of the gluten free options. Orderd a burger with a gf bun got home and there was no bun, and one of the orders was missing the fries. I just love paying for something and not receiving it! It is not even worth going here! I have never been so frustrated with ordering from a restaurant. The quality of food does not make up for the poor service! YOU CAN KEEP YOUR COUPONS!!!
