We greatly enjoyed our late lunch. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Our server was attentive and pleasant. The outside tables have a great view of the capitol dome.

A wonderful addition to downtown dining! SASS just opened, and they have already been serving up great food and very friendly service!

I went here with my parents on Wednesday and we absolutely loved it!!! I ordered the pork wontons and the wings for appetizers and I had the Joe’s Ribs entrée which was very well seasoned and presented beautifully. Best ribs I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was great with 80’s music playing. Our server was very kind and professional and brought our food out very quickly. They also gave us coupons for half off happy hour. We will definitely be coming back to Sass!

Sadly, this experience was first and the last for us at Sass. I try to give as much benefit of the doubt, unfortunately, this was not possible for Sass.

What a fantastic find! We didn’t have plans but wandered over after the farmers market. We were quickly seated outside. Food was fresh and served promptly. The curly fries were delicious as was the potato cake. Burgers were great too, especially the SASS burger. Great experience and would love to come back!

Excellent ribs! Had them twice now and would go back again. Lobster bisque was also great. View of the capitol (with people watching) from the front comfortable tables is hard to beat. Everyone we spoke with was also very nice.

It took a while for the waiter to come to the table for a drink order, but it wasn’t too long. But then he didn’t bring the drinks for a long time. Then it took him a long time to take a food order. Then it took him a long time to bring the food, and it was not brought together. Then it took him a long time to bring the check we had to go searching for him. Then he never came around to taking our money so we paid the cashier upfront. We were almost late for our play. Unbelievable. The food was so so. The whole experience only got one start because it was so frustrating to be looking for the server all the time.

My colleagues and I stopped by for dinner and I ended up getting peel and eat shrinp- yummy! The butter had a unique flavor I can’t put my finger on. Delicious is what i will call it! The guys ordered a variety of dishes and all of them were great!

Waitress was very nice but random girls kept going behind the bar which was rather off putting. It felt like we were at a high school party while paying a good amount for our meal/drinks. We took our food to go after this.

Terrible experience. Food has zero flavor, no taste, plane. New cook needed for sure! We were ignored, no one greeted us for a long while. It was Friday night, and about 25% of the restaurant was occupied (while others had 30 min wait) – that should of been a sign. But we wanted to try new place. There was one lady sitting at the bar but she left shortly after. So, 3 young bartenders weren’t busy at all! It’s important because we NEVER received our drinks! Kitchen made our soup and salat, someone else brought it to us, not our server, we ate it, kitchen made our entry, someone brought it to us – still no drinks, no server. When she came I asked about our drinks, and ONLE THEN she said that bartender told her that they don’t have bourbon. OK, why it took so long to communicate? No teamwork between server and bartenders. Server made excuses after excuses, did not apologies. She could of offer at least water. And our second drink was soda, she did not bring that at all – no excuses! They had that soda, she showed it to me when we were leaving.
