Good food & good people! I always go here, I’m here more than I’d like to admit, and today, I ordered my food and realized I didn’t have my wallet, I told them to cancel it, and I was gonna order a $2 burrito with my change, they told me to pull ahead, only to find out, they paid for it, I am not sure who it was, I am thinking the manager who was on shift on 6/10/23 at about 2pm! Now this is U.P hospitality! Thank you for letting my daughter witness the good in the world! That was just down right awesome! I appreciate it, more than any of them would know! Keep up the good work! I will most certainly be back!

I was driving up to Mackinac Island and had an online meeting today at 1:30 and stopped in at this Taco Bell. It looked like some regional manager had just left and gave them all kudos for a job well done as I saw/heard them clapping afterward. These kudos are clearly well deserved. They were kind, courteous, prompt, the food was hot and they were so accommodating as I asked if it would be okay if I joined my online meeting in a corner of the dining area. 5 full stars.

If you’ve seen one you’ve seen most of them. This Taco Bell is pretty darn good nice and clean and seems to be a brand new building. Lots of things nearby and a great place to get on and off the road quickly and efficiently.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. Half of the food ordered was not there. We are vegetarian and EVERYTHING was stated to be swapped with beans. However, our food had beef in it. Not only this, but they forgot to give us 4 items we paid for. Terrible service and we couldn’t even go back in to complain since they closed the inside and the drive-thru was packed. No accuracy even when I asked to make sure the food was properly done. Seems like the employers knew they didn’t finish making the order and making it accurate because there were “free taco” coupons in the bag. Ordered $35+ worth of food for my hungry family only for maybe $20 of food that we didn’t even end up eating from disgust and disappointment.

Great staff here. I ordered an item but they missed in adding to my order, didn’t realize it till I sat down that we didn’t get it, went back up to let them know when I realized I was never charged for it, I told them I would pay for it and it was missed because it wasn’t rug up on the reciept, they promptly made it and didn’t charge me for it. Thank you. Was clean and food was normal TB quality level.

Not only has my food been wrong two days in a row but cold sloppy and dumped in my bag. You treat your employees terribly and treat alot of your customers the same. This used to be a great place and now it’s just bad management, service is great alot of times other then the screaming and cussing in the background. Order is put in correctly and yet the order seems to always come out wrong. Wrong order hmmmm ok but why is the bag soaked with the order and not even hardly wrapped? If you want quality taco bell, go somewhere else highly unrecommended!

I had high hopes for my meal based on the excellent customer service I received while ordering through the driver thru but once I recieved my food it all went down hill. With great anticipation I reached my hand into the bags only to be meet with a soggy mess (think Charli Kelly from Always Sunny). It turns out that the majority of my cheesy gordita crunch was actually on the outside of the wrapper (which I admit is an impressive feat) and the taco it self looked liked a trailer park after a tornado. Shrugging it off as an accident I reached onto the bag for the second round two only to be met with another taco in equally atrocious condition. Its messy enough to eat tacos when perfectly wrapped but this disreputable delivery created a true front seat catastrophe.

I ordered a Beef Burrito Supreme and it was so cold, it was as if they had taken it out of the refrigerator. The cheese wasn’t melted and tasted partially frozen and grainy and the meat was cold.

Literally pull up, first thing they said was and I quote (we are out of lettuce and tomatoe). Like what you are a taco bell!! Those go on almost every single menue item you have. Yall to lazy to run across the street to the grocery store, to buy shredded lettuce an some tomoatoes. To at least dice up fast to keep things rolling till you get your truck in What a lazy establishment an whoever is ordering your trucks need a refreshment course!
