I visit this Dunkin at least 3 times a week and I usually have a good experience the drive thru can be backed up but moves pretty quickly givin the fact the line is so long. I usually visit on the weekends and the lady with black hair at the drive thru window is very nice and personable!

If they had the donuts that we ever actually wanted (chocolate glazed, sugar, and Boston cream pie, nothing unusual) I’d give 5 stars like the one I go to near me when I’m back in Minneapolis (or suburbs). Either that or the order was rarely correct. Getting an order for 4 donuts wrong takes a certain kind of level apathy I really don’t e comprehend.

I don’t usually write review but i got fed up. I gave this place chance after chance. My order is very simple I always get Americano and Avocado toast with bacon. They made my order right only when one of ther best employees working. I wish I remembered her name. She is wonderful. Any other time americano always made wrong size or taste like sour coffee. today i got iced one and it was just coffee flavored water. They fixed id but it was still bad, looked like tea. I mean it is very strong drink and I know how it should taste. It is always made different. Also they forgot to put bacon on my toast. i told them and they put 3 tiny peases. I asked why they are so tiny but the girl said we under new managment and this is how it should be. i mead i dont whant too much I just whant what i paid for. I work in the service industry myself and always try to find an exuse for everyone but this is unexaptable. I feel bad for employees who have to work with team like that.

I frequent this dunkin at least 3 times a week. The entire staff is so amazing. They treat me and my husband like family. They adore my kids. I’m a full time radiology student and they’re always asking how my schooling is going. They treat us so amazing and I couldn’t be more grateful for this staff being so personable. They’re always rooting me on and truly I couldn’t be more thankful for this staff.

This Dunkin used to be great but recently they have sucked. We order usually once a weekend for breakfast and the order the past month or more have been wrong everytime. Either they forget a food item, or make it wrong. Or they have been making the drinks wrong. Ordered a caramel macchiato and it tasted like coffee with caramel creamer in it. And another time is was basically black coffee.
