HAVIS Adventures
The food has always been great. But, today we arrived and were greeted as usual by them saying sit anywhere. Well, we did. No one ever came to ask if we wanted anything. After about fifteen minutes we just walked out. Poor service today. Brick Oven, you can do better.

We ordered ahead, where we wouldn’t have to wait for our pizza. When we got there we told our waiter we called our order in but were eating in. He acted like he was put out. He brought our salad in “to go” boxes and our pizza in a box. He said that is the way it’s done when you call ahead. We have called ahead before and we weren’t treated this way.

We had to wait an extra 20 minutes for one of our pizzas, which was fine they gave us free breadsticks, but when we got home there were two roach-like bugs in the box with one of the pizzas. We won’t be going back. I wish I had thought to take a pic, but all I wanted to do was get it out of the house.

I ordered food from here, and when I recieved it, there was hair in my salad. I contacted the store, and was told there was nothing they could do for me. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that’s who I was speaking to. I managed a store for a long time. When there is hair in someone’s food, you refund, no questions asked.

The service here is beyond horrible as the waiter thinks that he is the owners. Our waiter came to us with a attitude as he was not wanting to work. When asked a question he would reply with a smart elect comment. A waiter who is not willing to treat his customers with respect. The is great but it’s the last time we come here because of the customer service.

Aside from excellent service from all of the waitstaff (that we’ve had so far in 3 visits), the food quality is equal to and even surpasses most of the Houston area “Italian fine dining”. No ingredients are frozen, and the pizza is like a true Chicago deep dish crust but regular pizza size. They have optional crusts including gluten free and cauliflower crust.

Tried the Pineapple Upside Down pizza today, and OMG it was so freaking good. Also got the kids Chicken Alfredo, even tho it’s a kids meal, it’s a good amount of food even for a adult, and it comes with garlic bread for only a little over $5.00

Gave them a second chance…. No more…. Service was very slow both visits and not that they were busy . Wings had no flavor and we really bad. The surpreme pizza we ordered also had very little flavor either.
