I should have looked at the reviews before ordering ( my first time). I was told that I would get my pizza in 25 minutes because I used priority delivery. Over 50 minutes and the pizza is not here. Called the manager only for him to say that he is not working with uber time because he has over an hour window.

Ordered online at 11:19 am for delivery. Estimated time was 37-46 minutes, which was fine and going to be right at our scheduled lunch time. Well, an hour went by and the tracker never moved or updated. We called and were told they only had one driver and he would be back in about 10 minutes. They will make the order then and send it out right away. Finally saw movement on the tracker about 15 minutes after that call. We watched the tracker as the driver drove around the world to make a delivery before ours then watched them drive right by our subdivision and head back towards the store. We immediately called to find out what was going on. Mgr called driver and said he almost ran out of gas and was at a gas station pumping gas then he would drive back over to deliver our order. I told him that made no sense at all. Driver passed by 3 gas stations before passing out road coming from the other delivery. Mgr said he would put a credit on our account but who knows how much that will cover. Pizza finally arrive at 1:19 pm and was not hot or even warm since being in a vehicle for an hour. Exactly 2 hours after it was placed online. I understand there are issues with staffing and things happen but in this instance it was not acceptable.

I was told that my order would be 25-35 minutes for delivery. 1 hour and 25 minutes later, nothing. I called and the manager confirmed that my order was out for delivery. I wasn’t annoyed or frustrated because I understand being short staff these days. What irritated me was the knock on the door, which took me seconds to get to just to find an unsealed and unbagged Papadia on the floor. This is very inconsiderate and horrible delivery service considering it was right next to bushes, in the dark with bugs outside. This driver could’ve allowed the few seconds it took to get to the door. You already charged 4.00 for delivery and I planned to give a cash tip on top of that. Drivers need to respect when people spend their money supporting their business and provide proper delivery etiquette for food that we plan to consume.

We ordered from this store. We track our order. After waiting nearly 45 mins the tracker hasn’t moved from the preparing order. So we called and found out they haven’t even started due to 2 delivery drivers. He stated driver was returning so they were starting our order. Stated it should be 20 to 25 mins. Her it is. 25 mins later our order still isn’t being made. So now we sit and wait 45 dollars worth or food and tip but no food. Real shame that hour and 10 mins passes then we get a text saying our order is delayed and they will notify us of when it is on its way. How long are we supposed to wait for delivery.

Ordered 2 large pizzas one specialty firey buffalo chicken pizza with bacon and no onions and a custom supreme large thin crust. Was done in like 23 mins and was exactly as I ordered and hot. Great and prompt customer service. Very friendly staff and the cook was super nice and cool.
