Creamy Tomatillo Dressing
It’s been said that our Creamy Tomatillo Dressing should be its own food group. Sure it’s great on our salads, but people love them on our tacos, quesadillas, burritos, chips, and even by the spoonful. Our Creamy Tomatillo is made from tomatillos, jalapenos, salsa fresca, cilantro, and a blend of flavor-packed spices. #TheObsessionIsReal #CafeRio
Chips & Queso
We know. Hot melted cheese is totally awesome. But our queso is made even more awesome by our mix of Mexican peppers and spices. Better get extra chips. #TheObsessionIsReal #CafeRio

We had a great experience. I recommend the chili roast beef, nachos and barbacoa burrito. It was a bit pricey so I won’t go as often as I would like

This Cafe Rio was a let down compared to others I have visited. The workers did not put much meat in my food and it was cold, as the cheese inside did not even melt. The food still tasted okay but not up to the standards of other stores. Do better next time.

We didn’t enjoy the food. Barbacoa was too sweet, chicken was bland, cilantro lime rice was bland, and the beans were dry. Other than the tortilla, nothing seemed fresh. Don’t waste your money, just go to Chipotle.

Worst Cafe Rio in existence. I’m used to the superior quality of food from the Utah locations. The food here is a disgrace. Every single time. Look at this garbage of a salad they gave me. Literal brown pieces of lettuce everywhere. I had to throw this all in the garbage. This is money. This is not ok. Who serves this to somebody??

Quest was so thick and almost a grayish color. Absolutely discusting! This particular branch had zero pride in their food, and yet when I used to go to the Tustin branch it was always delicious!

This Cafe Rio has been poorly managed since it opened. It’s a shame as I’ve been to other ones and they’ve been great – reliable, good food and clean consistently. Unfortunately, this one seems hopeless. I hope to be proven wrong in future but have given it a few years and it’s continued.

Finally got to stop by this location after it opened a few days ago. The food was really good and I was empressed how they were making everything fresh infront of you even the flour tortillas. I got the pork burrito which was very good. I highly recommend this location for alternatives to Chipotle.
