They have 3 people working and I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes for 3 drinks while one guy is standing around fixing lids, one doing who knows what and another who is clearly new. They are behind on many customers orders and the wait is ridiculous. And yet customers after me orders have been made before mine.

This starbucks is in Albertsons. The service us slow. Even if they have 4 people behind the counter. I once asked to pay with points and she didn’t use my points she used my balance on my card and used the excuse that she was new when I had seen her there for months. She told me to call the 1-800 number to get my money back, which I did and they gave me extra points I didn’t ask for, which was nice of them. This starbucks is super slow and I wouldn’t recommend ordering a ton of things they mess up orders. I understand they are a branch of Albertsons but lol they can take an order right

I have to say I am only ever going to Dutch Bros for coffee from now on. First of all it’s took 25 minutes for my 4 drinks. 2 people that ordered after me got their drinks first. I understood the first, only ordered 2 drinks. Understandable. Though, the second ordered 5 drinks. Then the barista comes and asked me what were my drinks after 15 min. Finally they made my drinks wrong. One of drinks literally she filled 1/4 of the venti cup with whip cream. Worst experience ever. I haven’t gone to Starbucks in 5 years, and after that experience it will be another 5 years.
