Very busy deli around lunch time. The Cuban sandwich was delicious. They were very accommodating to changes in the sandwhich. They had very friendly staff. They also serve a free small macaroni or potato salad next to it. I highly recommend their sandwiches.

This place is truly like not other. Everyone that’s local comes here. You can order online, on the phone, or in person. It’s such a small little hole in the wall with a side entrance and parking in the back. Usually fairly busy around lunchtime most days. Very delicious sandwiches and they make it right to the tee. Make sure to specify any allergies. Workers range from HS kids to adults. This place was one of my most frequented lunch spots when I lived around here. If I’m ever in the area again, you best believe I’m getting lunch there.

The management there is rude as are the employees. We ordered for a staff meeting and I did not receive my order. We called and the girl eventually hung up on us but told us they would make my sandwich. I get there the older guy (manager?) kept asking who the order is under rudely. But they never planned on making it until I showed up and told them I was here to pick it up. Then said it was never on the order, kept shoving the receipt in my face, saying it was never ordered. I said I don’t know what the mix up was but maybe it was never put in.. then yelled “it’s not our fault”. Said they would make it, and they did. He basically threw it at me and goes “I won’t charge you” – like it was my fault. The sandwich was awful 90% lettuce and a tablespoon of chicken salad on both sides of the wrap. I don’t recommend, they were rude and the only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because I did get the pickle – no side was offered to me though. I’ll go somewhere else who has better customer service.

Mansfield Deli is the absolute best! The food is always delicious and made to order perfectly. I had to leave a review today to commend them; as I placed an order for the incorrect time to be delivered. The help I received from Krista today was stupendous! She helped me correct the order quickly. If you’re questioning ordering from here, please do it. You wont be disappointed. 10/10 Great Place! Amazing Food! Wonderful and friendly staff!

This is my breakfast go to place and my ”I feel like eating a good sandwich day” place. Everyone here is nice, courteous, and always smiling. Service is fast! I love that you can pretty much order anything – as long as they have it. This place is a must try! FYI, there’s parking at the back.

The food is excellent- never had a bad sandwich. BUT- the staff are even better. Today- the cashier inadvertently gave my wife the wrong change (it was $10 short). My wife didn’t realize. A few minutes later, the cashier called to inform us and apologized profusely. They set aside the money and we went back and got our change. They easily could have kept the money and put it in the tip jar, but they went out of their way to make it right.
