I’ve ordered from here multiple times, and every time we always have something wrong with our order. the most recent was riddled with salsa that was not ordered resulting in me not being able to eat my dish due to my allergy. We had a steak bowl just no where near what we ordered. I was demanded for my name when I didn’t see my order on the shelf, and then a bag was thrusted at me. I said have a good day and got a huff and eye roll. if you hate your job so much as to mess with people’s orders, maybe find something else to do with your life.

I know this is fast food, but tonight’s service was ridiculous. The servers making my three burritos were going way too fast and only half listening because there was a long line. One server put the wrong meat on one of my burritos; it was fine, not a big deal. I could eat it. She continued to just throw the fillings in, however, and then hastily roll them up with no care. It was really sloppy work, and she ripped the burrito with the wrong meat in it open and had to remake it. If she had just slowed down a little that wouldn’t have happened. Because she had to remake it anyway, I asked her to put the correct meat in, which she did. When I got home, I discovered that one of the other burritos had a tear in it too. Please tell the servers to slow down and put more care into preparing the orders, and to make sure there is enough of each filling added. My burrito was mediocre and tasted like it didn’t have any cheese or sour cream. This order was not worth the $33 or so that I paid. I think it will be a while before I go back to Chipotle.

My sister used to work for Chipotle, so I’ve been to a lot of Chipotles in a lot of different places a lot of times. This one gives you half the food of any other by far. Burrito bowl? Half scoop of rice, even less protein, etc. Normally the food bulges over the container, this one is always not even half full.

I recently ordered through the app and the person putting the names on the bags swapped the orders, when I let him know he said he would remake it, it took over 30 minutes and when the person came back that’s order was swapped, the employee tried to get me to take that bag that was opened by another customer, STAY AWAY. Update: I spoke to the employee that offered me the used food and asked to speak to a manager, he informed me he was the manager, I ended up speaking with a nice girl that stated she knew that was wrong and did comp the meal. She was exceptional however the person that was preparing the food that stated they were the manager was AWFUL.

Second time dealing with the same person and having terrible service. I chose to have a bowl made and chose a double meat. My bowl was then ripped from the hands of the gentleman making it. And because I complained the first time about her actions. She then took it upon herself. To refuse to give me a proper second meat portion. She has a terrible attitude and should not be working at this location management Refuses to reprimand her.

Honestly probably the worst chipotle I have been too. I had 3 pieces of meat that were straight fat and two bones. This picture below is a fat piece and a slice of bone. They need to check their meat better before slicing it.

I’ve ordered here many times. Enough to learn the lesson: 80% chance your order will be wrong. 100% chance no one will care or apologize. 0% chance of refund or compensation. Seems to be understaffed, maybe hire some more employees?
