Our first time dining there and we were not at all pleased. Once inside we were greeted by happy smiling faces. The staff were friendly and helpful in suggesting menu items. THEY are the only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars. The food however, was mediocre at best. I ordered the chicken alfredo. The sauce was runny and the chicken was hard and dry. I expected much better for the price. The place could use some updating and cleaning. We definitely won’t go back.

We came for lunch today since we were in town. We got pasta. One spaghetti with meatballs and one spaghetti with meat sauce. We were very disappointed. First off, the plates smelled like Spaghettios. The pasta was way overcooked and filled the plates with water. The meatballs were cheap, without flavor, or texture. Not failing to mention tasted freezer burnt. The one with meat sauce also smells like cheap tomato paste and ketchup. The cheap meat was way overcooked. The garlic bread was also burned. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty, we didn’t receive any additional service until we were ready to leave. I do not recommend the pasta here at the very least. If the other food is of similar value [sic], then I wouldn’t recommend it. My thoughts? It’s a Chef-Boyar-Don’t.

We were traveling from Helen, GA to Charleston, SC and pulled off to get a bite to eat. We wanted pizza so googled a pizza place in town. Glad we found Luigi’s; they know the TRUE value of customer service! We ordered a small pizza and a side salad to share then went to sit down. A young man behind the gal ringing us up overheard our order. When he brought our order to the table, he placed a large salad in front of us. He said, “I overheard you say you were going to split our side salad; it’s really small so made you a large enough one to split”…talk about customer service!! In addition, we wanted Italian dressing, which we were initially told they were out of. He placed some Italian dressing down and said that he had just made it and to let us know how it is. We just arrived home and unpacked but then had to stop and write a review. The salad was fresh and delicious and the pizza was equally as yummy. Worth the stop!

The environment and staff were nice, clean, fresh enough. I was highly disappointed with the food. My husband and I tried the wings and fries. The meat and fries were tough. We couldn’t eat them. We complained and switched out the chicken for a fish dinner. The fries were better. The fish looked wonderful but had no taste. I couldn’t eat half of one fillet. I just gave up.

I bought two large deluxe subs to go along with fries. The deluxe comes with ham, turkey, bacon and cheese. I got home which is 30 miles round trip opened our sandwiches and found one piece of ham, chopped up lettuce and tomato, no mayo. I tried calling to speak to the owner.manager as was told repeatedly to call back in 30 minutes. Still haven’t talked to anyone after several days. These sandwiches use to be good along with the service, but I don’t want to pay $27 for 2 lettuce sandwiches. The manager or owner needs to show up to address these problems.
