Horrible!!!!!! I waited 2 hours for my pizza. When I called the store the guy on the phone said there is nothing he could do. The store is only 10 minutes from my house. Everytime I did the tracking it kept saying the driver was at the same location. When I got my pizza it was cold and undercooked. Will never ever order from here again!!!!!!!

Careful ordering pickup from this location. Doesnt check the order and one time i didnt check for myself, i get this uncooked pizza—- these are not chickens, its undercooked cheese and flour dough. Seems not that “bad” in picture maybe but when you see it, its definitely noticeable

I made my order on the papa johns page and everything was fine. But the when my order was being deliver it got cancel then i notice it was being deliver by door dash wish i did not order from. My order was a minute away from my house and it got cancel it took almost 40 min to get here when it got cancel a 1 minute away. Why did it switch to door dash? Really bad experience. Talk to the manager from papa johns now im waiting for my order he told me is going to be here in 30 min. Lets see and wait.

Disappointed burnt and no clue what’s the deal with the crust on the pizza ! Dry and over cooked but still tastes like undercooked dough! Been on hold 20 mins already and that is way too long to call and complain! I’m call tomorrow this is ridiculous. This is the last time we order for very long time. Arrive 30 minutes late was cold of course or luke warm one pizza is burned and has more crust than pizza. Very dissatisfied and what sad is this isn’t the first time. I tried to call them to see why it was so late and waited on hold about and gave up I’m definitely going to rethink my choice of Papa John’s in the future

First and foremost I would like to apologize to the staff of this specific papa johns. I had placed an order to my job instead of my house on accident and they drove the extra mile going outside of their delivery radius to give me my pizza after I told them what had happened. The order was $20 but I gave them a $50 and told them to keep the change. They deserve it after that drive. Papa johns for life. Safe to say I won’t make the same mistake again
