Terrible. The management doesn’t do any kind of work & seem to put everything all the tasks on one woman. I’ve watched their drive through worker do front line orders, make food, then go run to the other side to complete drive thru orders. There is no teamwork. & when their drive thru worker isn’t present, it takes ages to recieve food.

We were having a graduation brunch for my kid Got some catering from a fancy place but the kid specifically requested his favorite taco bell steak egg & cheese quesadillas. He and his buddies are regular customers. Wanted to order ahead, so they had knowledge of the order to prepare but the app doesn’t let you.when I got there, the restaurant was dark and doors locked .weird, cause it was 1030, and they open at 9am. Went to the drive through to inquire. Got kind of a rude answer, and they said to come in to wait& unlocked the door. The girl said the order was so big, they didn’t have enough eggs ready& they will make it .It really wasn’t THAT big of an order….. 7 quesadilla and 4 crunch wraps a couple, churros & cinnamon delights …explained I tried to order ahead, but couldn’t ..anyway it took a while, and I had to rush to get it home cuz the party was starting at 11 . Of course it was good yummy food. The cinnamon delights were actually the favorite of our guests, I shoulda got a few more if them .Thank You Mahatne (sp?) for taking care of the order.

Stood at the register had to be 10 minutes with the drive-thru guy looking over at me and 2 girls in the “cooking” area walking by to put orders out. Not once did someone say or put a sign up that says use the self checkout machine.

Team refused to accept orders from drive through and required all patrons to walk in to order. Door was locked with no Taco Bell employees present at door to allow entrance. This required the patrons waiting for their orders to open the door for other patrons. This is a MASSIVE security concern and I can only imagine goes WAY against Taco Bell protocol.

To start off I’ve been frequenting this Taco Bell since it opened back when I was in high school from the years 2009 to 2013. Normally, I have no issues are qualms with the institution. However, it seems the political landscape/discourse of the country has taken hold. From about 2015 onward, this Taco Bell has been a predominantly black / African American business and that is ultimately a net good! No issues with that whatsoever. However as of recent events it seems like there is an adversarial relationship between the predominant group of people who live in the area (white/judeo Christian people) and the predominantly African descendant staff.

The food is the same as ever but I feel that they have staffing issues. Nobody was taking orders at the registers and the I wasn’t acknowledged by anyone for a full 5 minutes until I raised my voice to the food preparers.

I could hardly see the meat in tacos, bad news. Horribly cheap with meat. Don’t go there, must be a franchise. Look at photos that I could find a little meat. Date 11/16/21. It has happend every time in same location. Never again!!! Stay away!!

Horrible !!! They gave me a wrong order and I had to drive 30 miles back to return. Awful service and the guy took the order doesn’t even bother to apologize to what they did. Do not ever go there.
