I just went in & ordered a crunchwrap. Got home to find it was supreme I am allergic to dairy. Once I s rapped out all the stuff I couldn’t eat I found there wasn’t even a teaspoon worth of beef. This place SUCKS!!!! Gets it wrong every single time not sure why I bother.

We went for lunch here. There is plenty of parking and easy ramp accesses. No automatic door that i could see. The tenders were good, the biscuits were good, but the fries were a bit soggy and the chicken nuggets were like popcorn chicken pieces. The pieces of chicken were very oily and took lots of napkins to eat. Summary then? Order a biscuit, some tenders, and a Pepsi. Or just a tenders meal I guess. The 20 meal box came in little boxes. I would have preferred the large open box as displayed as the food obviously looked great in that picture. I’m not sure I would come back here.

Went through the drive thru and 15 minutes later I got my meal which was wrong. Every time I told the lady something I was ordering she asked me pretty much why I was ordering that, are you kidding me! Then I get to the window she takes my money and tells me to pull around the corner, keep in mind there’s nobody in line right now. IM THE ONLY CUSTOMER! 10 minutes later, he finally brings out my meal and again it was wrong. Please don’t waste your time going to this place, they are so unprofessional, and they take one order at a time, it is the worst service ever, and they need to go out of business! If you don’t believe me, then go to the Londonderry, KFC Taco Bell, and go through the drive-through, go ahead prove me wrong but I’m just saying he will be there for ever. It is run by teenagers and everything about that place is awful. The manager needs to get her stuff together because she has no control or no idea what’s going on.

With the sign plastered everywhere physically and online we went to try the fill up box. They told us they didn’t have any more of the boxes for it. We asked if they could put the food in a different container, since who really cares what box it’s in? The employee asked management and we were told no. Baffled honestly. At least pretend like you want to accommodate customer needs if you want to run a business.

i literally never write reviews but i felt like i had to. i pulled in the drive thru at 9:30 and had to ask if anyone was there because no one acknowledged me. they basically told me they were out of everything on their menu… noting that “it’s almost 10” so that was an obvious lie and they just didn’t want to do their job. no sandwiches, no tenders, no fries. i ended up getting popcorn chicken and mac n cheese because that’s pretty much all they had to offer. the chicken was cold and dry… definitely was sitting out for hours. mac n cheese was alright i guess, but i asked for honey mustard sauce and they gave me ranch and barbecue. lazy mfs.

Worst experience today went for my dad and was told in the drive thru they don’t have enough chicken and I could only get 8 pieces and no nuggets. Also no wings or thighs available… Was asked if I wanted something other than “ chicken” when I said “ Like what?” I was told Taco Bell… then I paid $24 for nothing but 8 pieces of chicken. Unreal, no chicken at Kentucky fried chicken?? What is wrong with the world??

It took 35 minutes in the drive through to get to the speaker. Once I was at the speaker they told me that they are no longer taking drive through customers and I would have to go into the store to order. Hands down the worst run kfc I ever seen.
