Out of all the Starbucks I visit this one at the bittersweet plaza makes it the best. I love all there workers. They know me and my hubbys drink and us. Fast and friendly. Highly recommend. Staff goes above and beyond to make you happy.

My niece made a mobile order for 4 drinks. Went in and waited forever than was told they only made 2 drinks. No we definitely didn’t pay 30 dollars for 2 drinks the lady kept arguing I was wrong. Finally the worker said let me show you the receipt. Here she comes and like I said there was 4 drinks. Than told I had I had to wait even longer as half the staff was just standing there not doing anything. The staff here is rude, lazy, and have no customer service. Will never go back to this store.

Watch your lids!!! I have had whole cups of coffee spill in my car because the lid wasn’t on. 40 mins for 2 cups of coffee and to have one spill is just one of the many reasons I won’t be returning.

I went and asked if they did Starbucks Star rewards and she told me yes but couldn’t use them to get things.Then when we got done ordering we pulled up the phone to redeem stars and she told me she couldn’t do it.When we were ordering I asked for Chocolate Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and the barista was giving me attitude and acting retarded. She said she couldn’t make it and acted like she didn’t know what it was but every other Starbucks I’ve been to somehow can?Its also literally on the menu.

Fast and convenient when you’re shopping. Never had any issues getting coffee here. It’s nice that they have plenty of space to sit and work on a laptop if you needed to.
