So disappointing- gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich when I ordered a burrito that cost more. Our latte and mocha hot drinks were disgusting and cold somehow even though the woman just made it fresh. There was only ONE worker taking orders AND making food!

Will never buy from here again. Ordered a breakfast sandwich that was supposed to come on a bagel. It came out on an English muffin and I kindly let them know if was supposed to be a bagel. They said they weren’t serving them on bagels due to low inventory, and declined to make it right. Said the only way to get one was to buy one even though I already did with the meal purchase??? Most unreasonable people.

Due to the popularity of this quick serve grill, I knew the choices would be good, especially when I saw the pilot of my plane in line. They know where to eat. This was early morning so there were not many choices. I bought a scrambled egg burrito as it would not be too messy to take aboard. The Grille is behind security so everything one buys there is approved for taking aboard. Coffee and bottled water are available as well as other choices. The burrito was hot and served with salsa and wrapped well to carry on. I was pleased and it tasted good going down aboard my flight.

Becky the cashier is the rudest person I have ever met. We got pizza and a bagel and were instructed to wait outside the restaurant for our food. Mind you, no one is around, the airport is dead. We wait by soda cooler and a man walks up and she starts yelling at us stating we cant congregate there bc she has customers. The man was mortified and walked away. If i hadnt already paid, i would have left too! Not worth any food ever again!

Only gave a star because I had too. Service was horrible. I greeted my server and was friendly and received nothing but attitude in return. Keyana was her name and should definitely rethink her job. If you don’t want to work somewhere then quit. She was extremely rude and gave me attitude as she forgot my items that I paid for. Regardless of this establishment being in an airport the service and staff shouldn’t be so cold and unwilling to talk to customers. I’m not one to leave reviews however I’m upset.
