First time there and I was very impressed. They have a variety of subs, salads and soups. Bread was so soft, beef was very tender and veggies were fresh. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very clean and spotless. Will definitely be returning because not only is the food fresh but they support local fire department and that to me is a win! Yum, yum get you some!

Food was great. Ordered online, but despite showing up after the time it said it would be ready, it still took 20 minutes before my 2 sandwiches were ready. There was only one other person in the restaurant who already had their food.

The steak sub is really great , compared to other places like Burch’s and I really appreciated that I can build it anyway I want , and in my case I left off mustard and mayo

Came in at 830 at night. 3 employee’s in the store. Girl at register was not only taking money but making orders. 2 guys working were to busy trying to clean to help here. More customers came in she had to stop making sandwiches and take their order. 20 minutes for 2 sandwhichs. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry.

Didn’t want BBQ sauce so they only put meat and bread. No mayo, no cheese, and no onions.

Pretty disappointed with the experience. Paid $28 for 2 subs and they didn’t have cheese on them. Asked for extra onion and pretty much got none. (attached a photo of all the extra onion I got) meat distribution on the sub was super uneven and one of our subs obviously had significantly less meat than the other despite both being cold cut sandwiches. Didn’t enjoy the sandwich and ended up not finishing it. 2nd trip I’ve made to a firehouse subs and if I had to go back I’d probably stick to the meatball subs since they’re alot simpler to make.

Ordered Italian-no where did it say heated or warm-received sandwich which looked like they threw across the room. I have a photo of actual sandwich if anyone from Firehouse cares. The lettuce was limp and wilted due to heat-yuk! When I asked girl in green shirt where it said served hot she simply stated all their sandwich are warmed. No apology just matter of fact. Less than stellar customer service. Very disappointed. My sister love this place and said she has had her sandwiched not heated. But after the awful customer service she will not return either.

One of my favorite sandwich places in town. Best place for a hot sub for sure!
