We ordered on their app and ate inside with in. We were greeted and let them know we just out the order in. A minute later, they brought our sandwiches to our table. It was delicious and the service was great.

Seriously some of the best sandwiches and since they opened a location near my house, I go almost everyday. Only downside is that I live less than 10 minutes away and they don’t deliver!! Maybe it’s just because it’s new, but I would love for them to deliver to my home and save me a trip.

I was so excited to see them open in my neighborhood! But when I went to open my sandwich I was very disappointed to see that they have gone the way of Subway, very skimpy on the toppings. And since I went through the drive thru I was unable to make a formal complaint. Won’t be back. There’s a Jersey Mike’s next door that has way better food.

My mom went to Jimmy Johns yesterday to get her favorite sandwich but their computers were down. Instead of turning her away, the manager Chris made her the sandwich and then paid for it with his own money when the system was running again.
