As a person who has driven across the country, I have been to many different varieties of restaurants and Mexpress is a very family orientated place. The family that runs it is always so polite. I’ve never had a bad experience here. With food or service. They care about their customers as well as the food they prepare and serve. The food is made fresh daily. The restaurant is clean and comfy. Another awesome thing is you get a GORGEOUS view of the Mission mountains. I recommend mexpress all day everyday. Open for breakfast or lunch.

Ordered the chicken taco combo which was clearly marked at $6.19. I got to the window the teenage girl asked for $12.38. I kindly pointed out the fact that I believe she had double charged me as it was exactly double and she began to argue with me stating there is an extra price for chicken. I kindly pointed out that that was the price for chicken on the menu. She said that I would have to take it up with the manager. Used to be a good establishment but as long as they are dishonest and confrontational I will never go back.

I can’t help but go here often! I’ve never had a disappointing product from their menu. Their tacos are delicious and affordable, the crisp burritos are always hot and delectable, it’s difficult to pass up the loaded spud nachos or Chalupa, and the staff is always helpful and kind!

Food always comes out fresh and hot and is always consistent. Definitely has more flavor than Taco Bell, but they do tend to mix up beef and bean & sometimes when asking for steak, we get beef. Otherwise, good food for cheap.
