Fantastic! Everything fresh made including the pastas. We had the Burrata & Prosciutto appetizer special and it was outstanding. The Gnocchi just melt in your mouth and the spinach ravioli was delicious with the creamiest ricotta ever. We sealed it with the Gelato and it could not have been more perfect. I noticed some amazing drinks and the pizza oven for next time!

Absolutely fantastic Italian restaurant on Congress. Inside and outside areas, the did was fantastic, and so was the service. The Fettuccine Bolganese was delicious, spaghetti carbanara was fabulous, and drinks were nice and strong.

Our server Matias was attentive and a professional. Matias was very well versed in the menu and made amazing recommendations. The food and atmosphere just made Quattro Gotti feel like home. We had a wonderful dinner with fantastic service. Our waiter Nessa, was kind and present and very helpful. Guan Franco was also a presence and obviously cares about customer service. Lastly, we live in the Willamette Valley and LOVE wine. When we asked for guidance on an Italian selection, they hit it out of the park.
