So very good. Generous portions. The meat is seasoned exquisitely and it’s easy to taste the quality ingredients in each meal. My family initially put off eating here as I’m a very picky eater. Now, they better watch out because I’ve learned that they deliver! For as long as the food continues to taste this good, we will continue to be repeat customers.

If it is your first time at a place this is an opportunity for the staff to shine. To offer suggestions on the menu and sell you why you want to come back. Need better customer service. A business is all about customers please leave personal problems at the door. You should make it a unique experience not just another McDonald’s in disguise.

Stopped in for the first time at 11:45 am. The soda machine was out of order, so I ordered tea. The tea machine didn’t work, so I had water. The Kahlua pork was mush, no texture. The grilled chicken was sliced, dry, no seasoning. The teriyaki beef was dripping with sugar. Macaroni salad is the same you get from the deli at the grocery store, so it was decent. They told another customer the rice machine was broken. You fill out the debit card receipt and add a tip before you get your food, and the lady at the register took the tip money out of the drawer in front of me. I wish I hadn’t tipped. I spent $20, didn’t eat much, threw away my lunch, and left.

Over cooked Steak that’s only 1/16” thin and the teriyaki is watered down has no taste. The macaroni salad is bland the chicken grilled was dry and the pulled pork was dry. Only thing good I had was coconut shrimp with sweet and sour sauce. The ground round was charred and dry and didn’t come with enough gravy and were gon charge extra for dry burger patty. I’ve had better Hawaii food at Ono’s and is not as expensive as this place. I let the staff know and I seriously think the cook should no grill.

stop by today. cashier was on the phone taking a order. no acknowledgment asking me to wait, no attempt to have another employee come up front to help. and while the food is good, the customer service tend to be lacking coupled with the high price. is way it been over a year since i been here and doubt i be here any time soon.

I thought I would order in ,and try something different. Worst mistake ever! The frys where hard ,dry ,and crunchy ,my husband thought he was going to brake a tooth . My teriyaki chicken was dry and and tasteless. I didn’t taste any teriyaki what so ever. Everything we ordered needed salt. To top it off it was our anniversary dinner
