McDonald’s can’t hire enough people. Lately I’m waiting for someone to take my order. Kiosks only slow the process down. It takes longer to order at kiosk then I have to wait for someone to take my money. Crazy slow! It’s fast food that isn’t fast. I regret stopping many times.

This McDonald’s has left paid for items out of my order bags on a handful of occasions, requiring me to return to get the missing items. Not good when you have two very young children in the back of the car asking for their burgers, chicken nuggets, fries, etc. I have had them give me a small sized drink when I paid for a medium or large. They also don’t provide more than one or two napkins even if you purchase enough food for more people. Cheap and sloppy.

If I could I would give 0 stars. I called this location because I found hair on my fries. Lady kept hanging up the phone. On the 3rd tried, she answered saying, what is it? I explained to her that I found hair on my fries & she hang up the phone again. I called again & asked to speak with the Manager, she replied with a, what is it? I asked for her name, she said what is it?. Very disrespectful. She has no cust serv skills, not willing to help, or at least listen to your concerns. Obviously she seemed to not care about the cust, she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. She said to come in person and hung up the phone on me again. At this point is not even the refund I am worried, is the disrespect she has towards customers.

this afternoon, i went to mcdonald’s to buy for my son and i ordered a cup of water from the sink & they were charging me $1.25. it’s not fair because it is water. you can’t deny water to anybody. it wasn’t a water bottle i was asking for, i was asking for a small cup size of water from the sink. my son drowsy drunk juice or soda, he just wanted water. i emailed corporate about it already!

Steak egg McMuffin while on the Menu, is not offered as a menu item, like the other McDonald’s in Pine Brook. They call it a steak egg cheese bagel, substitute English muffin. Bottom line it’s an upcharge!!!!

Food was ok. Typical for any McDonald’s… Service was shotty at best. Employees seemed like they didn’t even want to be there let alone working and/or helping customers. Honestly I live strictly by the old motto… “If you don’t like your job, get a new one. Don’t take it out on those of us who provide the money, shopping at your establishment, that makes it possible for you to receive a paycheck.” Not everyone is even lucky enough to have ANY JOB AT ALL… Be grateful for the work and customers you do have. Just a little reminder.
