This is a great place stop at near to where we live off Overland and appears to be family owned and operated. We love their $10 daily specials that come with a drink – what a great deal nowadays! Best taco salads in Boise! Seriously a must try and don’t skip the Avocado Ranch. I COULD DRINK IT! The Tortilla Soup is another must have from this spot. Filled to the brim with chicken, rice and an extremely flavorful broth. Queso is excellent with a nice kick. Try anything and everything from here!

Thank you staff at Tortilla Factory for delicious catering for our daughter wedding reception! We picked it up Saturday and everyone loved it! QUICK BITE: The tortilla factory excels in its quality of food and quality of service. For a quick bite, it’s a great stop. The darker lighting, colors, and loud music do detract from the overall experience, but as takeout, it’s hard to beat for Mexican cuisine. I ordered the Carne asada quesadilla meal. Their Carne asada isn’t true flank steak, but rather what appears to be a thinner cut of sirloin. This would be a fault except they cook it so well, keeping it juicy and flavorful. Their horchata is refreshing and akin [in flavor] to the horchata I loved getting from the mercado I used to live by… nothing fancy, but nothing wrong. Their pico/black beans/Spanish rice mixture that came with the quesadilla was excellent as well, while the refried beans swerved into the “too authentic” zone of added bacon fat. (I never thought in my life I’d have to say I felt there was too much bacon grease in something). They were greased so hard, they didn’t stand on a spoon, but flowed.

Food was not made well. I’ve been here before but the people working there made it very sloppy and not like normal. They just dumped the ingredients in the container. All the sides are all mixed together and gross.

Good, honest lunch for fast food. I had a taco salad- it was fresh. My husband’s burrito was good too. Really clean bathrooms and overall environment. Very close to Tesla Supercharger and a great stop while charging. Staff was friendly and helpful.
