Nice people but under staffed. Waited a long time to get a coffee. Ordered Eggs Benedict….at least that’s what they called it. Check out the photo. I would recommend eating somewhere else if possible.

I was a guest of the hotel in December 2022 when I found this wonderful Italian restaurant in the lobby. It was a cold, rainy evening. I asked if the bartender could make me a hot toddy. My waiter didn’t know what that was, but asked the bar tender, and then brought me a delicious hot toddy. The complimentary bread was delicious. I had Spaghetti el Pomodoro as my main meal. It was delicious and the perfect serving size.

Ate here for lunch during restaurant week. It was good but service was on the slow side (it felt like it server was working the whole dining room). We did the 3-course prix fixe menu- Meatballs, spaghetti, and the cheesecake and the chocolate cake. We took the dessert to go mainly bc we were full and partly the service.

Reservations were behind so we waited over thirty minutes to be seated. Food was almost inedible absolutely no seasoning. The crab risotto should be taken off the menu the presentation itself is unappealing. We had three different waiters approach our table not knowing if they were actually our server so it was awkward and confusing. Finally someone took our order and apologized. The hostess was very kind even though she was overwhelmed and the manger told another customer she had a mini breakdown. Our night got better at living room but we will not be returning to dolce.

I was recently at the W Hotel for a work event. My husband and I ended up having dinner at Dolce two nights. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. Our server was Justin and he was outstanding. His menu recommendations were perfect and he was friendly and very attentive. We were very pleased to find him there again the second night. We will be back and be looking Justin. Thanks for an enjoyable getaway.

Wonderful food and a great atmosphere! I stayed at the W hotel for several nights and dined here for a few meals, including the Thanksgiving buffet dinner they had. The reception was stellar and the food was delicious. Additionally, the waiters/waitresses were super polite and showed genuine care and concern each time. I highly recommend Dolce, don’t pay attention to the unwarranted one star reviews.

For $164 (before $20 tip), I expected more. Service: reservation was made through OpenTable; special requests – birthday dinner, “table away from the kitchen by the window” ~ oblivious hostess seated us at the back, by the kitchen (can the staff see OpenTable notes?). Restaurant only had one other table dining when we arrived, on time, at 7:00 p.m. ~ after asking to move to the table towards the front, the hostess seemed put out and walked away, upon which I moved to a table closer to the front. Service by 1006/shayd was awful, basically ‘self-service’ — we had to ask for, everything. Note: plenty of the staff were standing around throughout the evening (many at the back, gossiping, munching on something, and drinking sodas); with so few diners, this was perplexing. Food: the fruits de mare (fried calamari appetizer), breading was thick and undercooked (white not golden), zucchini chips were cold. Truffle ravioli was good but very al dente. When ask about the veal entree, Shayd stated there were two options: veal with parmesan or breaded, I selected the parmesan variant. What showed up was a large piece of quarter inch thick meat (straight from Stouffer’s or Olive garden) heavily breaded, covered with a full cup of tomato sauce, then completely topped with a thick layer of mozzarella—and, obviously, microwaved (see pic). Already exasperated, I chose not to send it back. Cocktails were good, perhaps the source of the higher reviews.
