My husband and I ordered 2 medium pizzas for future pickup, through the Domino’s app on a Monday at 4:45pm, to be picked up at 6pm. One was a hand tossed 1-topping pepperoni pizza, the other was a thin crust “ExtravaganZZa” specialty pizza, with no ham and added jalapeno topping. We got to the store at 6:02 and the food was ready, both pizzas were hot and fresh. There were about 10 employees working and they seemed to be efficiently running the kitchen and counter. The food order was affordable and a great value for the quality of pizzas we received. We will definitely use this Domino’s again in the future.

Very inconsistent with the amount of toppings. Sometimes you get a little of one and lots of the other. There pizza tracker thing is never accurate either. And they gave me a crushed lava cake

I never understood why they call it Domino’s but I guess it’s because the pieces fall into place. Some people prefer their pizza served from a Hut, but Dominos gets it right in my opinion. The sandwiches here are always great. I like the open concept kitchen so you can watch the minions prepare the food.

Ordered a $34.00 order at 12:00 midnight. They failed to tell me that they closed at midnight. But proceeding to get my card number. We had company but pizza never arrived. Called Next day being Saturday. Said manager would be in on Sunday and never was. Monday they said he would be in around 3: 00 pm. Called at 4:00 & he was to busy to take call. Tried at 6: 00 pm and he answered. Never sounding like a manager would. Responsible , caring & ready to get to the bottom of it. Said he could send my order right out to us. Two hours later no pizza again. Called and said we could come and pick it up. .y sister went there not knowing what kind of pizza we ordered. But was told it had been sitting for 2 hours. The ticket read $17:00 . $17.00 less that the credit card payment. Not the pizza we ordered, cold , burnt,& different toppings. Called manager again said he gave us our pizza and couldn’t credit the other $17.00 but I told him it was the worst service , pizza that we had ever received. He said call corporate & hung up on us.

This place is turning around! The girl working said they were under new ownership, which must be why the quality of the food is more consistent and also not talking as long. They were really busy during dinner time but it didn’t take multiple hours like it used to.

The driver was pleasant but the person answering the phone was not! I tried to place an order but he rudely told me to do it online bc he was busy ….. I told him I get it but he could be better with customer service….to which he replied I guess I don’t have customer service……. I prefer dominoes but guess I will order from the hut from now on …. super disappointed

Avoid this Domino’s location at all costs! We ordered food for delivery with an ETA of 51 minutes, but it took over 2 hours to receive a cold and incomplete order. Despite their computer crashing, the staff refused to refund or fix the order, and we were forced to make multiple trips to the store. To make matters worse, we were still charged the food, tax, delivery fee of $5.99, and a $10 tip for an order we had to pick up ourselves. They promised to refund the delivery fee but never did. Terrible experience overall.

I wish I could rate lower. Took almost 2 hours to get pizza delivered. I called the store after an hour and a half and spoke to the manager. He told me to call back if food was cold and he would credit me. And of course everything was cold. Never ordering from here again.
