Had to wait approximately 8 minutes or so before anyone even acknowledged the fact we were there as everyone was in kitchen area with no one up front to attend to customers; however once someone finally came out front, the service was good. Had it not been for the quality and taste of the chicken I expect from Bojangles, I would have walked out after the first few minutes of being ignored by t he staff.

The only thing that made this visit 2 stars was the young man who waited on me he was so sweet. The food was horrible the fries were old, I actually seen one of the workers actually put fries that were already cooked back in the fryer to be fried again, the biscuits were also old and hard but again benefit of doubt I gave and it failed me but this young man I believe his name may have been Terell or something like that, but to that young man THANK YOU

Maybe the best chicken sandwich of all fast food restaurants. The spicy fries are definitely the best.

I stop here to get a biscuit on my way to play golf almost every week. The staff is very customer oriented and so nice to me. My biscuit is always hot and fresh! Keep up the good work!!

Service was quick. Didn’t get a great look at his name tag but I think his name was Deondre, he was the guy at the drive through window and he was very quick and nice.

Food wasn’t all that great. Fries were hard and borderline cold. Wasn’t too pleased with my last visit.

I ordered a breast dinner, with dirty rice, and Cajun pintos. The chicken was very dry, the rice wasn’t cooked enough, the Cajun pintos were the best item, I had purchased. I called the manager, and told her about my experience, she told me to come back, but I wasn’t driving back to the restaurant. She told me, she was sorry about my experience, and told me to ask for her, when I come back, and she would make my experience right. She was very nice, and I was glad, she was understanding. I’ll go back, and talk with the manager next time.

Luckily I pulled over and checked my drive-through take out meal before leaving the premises. Not only did they mess up my order, they didn’t have the proper ingredients to correct it for another 15 minutes. Spoke with a manager which appeared to be a completely unacceptable representative for any fast food chain. A complete slob.
