Bought a Supreme Pizza from Pizza Hut yesterday. It was missing pork and red onions and barely had any green pepper. I believe Pizza Hut is a dying brand. I took the photo because good employees are hard to find, especially when they are under paid and trained incorrectly.

Don’t fall for the TV commercials for the Chicago Style deep dish pizza. The pizza looks NOTHING like it does on TV. I’m giving a star for the ease of ordering online and the accuracy of the order. We ordered the double pepperoni Chicago Deep Dish Pizza and it was all bread. The pizza was just all bread and barely ANY pepperoni, definitely not double. Don’t waste your time or money.

Pizza Hut Laurel is the best!! I traveled from my city (Elkridge) where there is a pizza hut 2 min from my house just to travel 20 min to the Laurel Baltimore Ave store!! Always satisfied!! I definitely got my moneys worth!! That pizza was soooooo good! The big New Yorker 🙂

I just ordered a thin crust extra buffalo sauce and extra cheese. Of course when I get home to my surprise there is no extra sauce or cheese. This location has terrible service I watched the lady leave the prep station to come to the front to talk to someone she knew leaving some ones pizza just sitting there half prepared. Once she finished speaking with he gentlemen that came up there she went back to prepare the pizza. I find that very unacceptable even if it was not my food, complete it then take care of personal issues or whatever was going on. I will be going back to giving my business to Domino’s!

Staff was great when I picked up my pizza. But the NY style pizza sucked. The cupped pepperoni were awesome but the crust and cheese just did not remind me of NY style. Too dry; not oily enough.

6/9/2021 – Customer Service Reps do not listen to your order. I placed an order for plain breadsticks with no seasonings. Waited over 15 minutes for the order & the order was still wrong. The Customer Service Rep stated she was not sure about giving a refund & could fix another order of breadsticks & it will be ready in 2 minutes, at this point I have been in the store for 30 minutes. The General Manager arrived at the store & issued me a refund & apologize. The original Customer Service Rep was horrible!

They were supposed to deliver my pizza at my car while I was sitting on driver’s seat. I informed online few minutes before I arrive that I was on their driveway and waiting to get pizza. I was waiting in my car for 20 minutes, but they still did not come out from their store to deliver my pizza. Finally after a long waiting, I walked inside the store. They have not even apologized to me and said sorry. Rather, they were very rude to me. Their excuse was that they had shortage of manpower, that’s why they cannot come out. Even it was true, they should have either called me or informed me online. Finally, I got very cold pizza from them. It was really a very unsatisfactory experience for me from Pizza Hut.

The pizza was cold and soggy. The crust fell apart. I can’t believe how consistently awful this Laurel Pizza Hut is. I wish the College Park Location would deliver to me. I will have to get in my car and drive to College Park, from now on. I cant stress enough how awful this place it.
