The food was excellent, as always. A server behind the counter had an earbud in and was so focused on the rhythm of the music she barely acknowledged we were there. When I spoke to her, she looked towards me and nodded. I love music as well, but it should never interfere with the service you provide when someone is right in front of you. She should be encouraged to sharpen her skills because she has the energy and potential to be a great employee. Thanks for bringing my favorite chicken to our part of the city.

Walk in and it feels like the place is being robbed. Everyone real quiet, guy behind the counter is wearing a wife beater and guy purse, no uniform. Went in another time and same thing. People yelling in the lobby, police on the way, sauce being thrown. Real weird vibe.

Every time we have came to this location they totally screw up our order! Tonight was it for us! Husband ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and I ordered a famous bowl with no corn, very easy order! Nope….he got two different kinds of sandwiches-one spicy the other not, and my bowl was loaded with corn, I mean loaded! Like they put extra in it! If they would hire more staff that didn’t look so high, like the girl working the window, then maybe they would be doing a better job! Horrible!!! Won’t be back!!!

Worst Kentucky fried chicken ever ate at my life. The chicken was so over cooked probably been under the light for hours ,this is the 3 time I have been here and every time they mess my order up !!! They did not give me any mashed potatoes and gravy and no honey and was Very rude at the drive-through when I asked for honey and said it was in the bag and guess what it was not in the bag . I will never eat there again $36 just wasted wouldn’t fit to eat !!!!

I ordered a mobile order, 4 piece chicken strips meal, the biscuit was hard as a rock to eat, my mash potatoes no gravy in it. Had some mac and cheese on it, the chicken strips were hard to chew like the been setting there all day, i spent enough money for sorry food. Was not busy there at all on a sunday afternoon

Honestly was a little disappointed. The chicken sandwich was dry, I could pick up on the stress of the employees working that shift, and it took about five minutes before someone helped me. I had to get one of the ladies attention to be helped. I will say the fries were good but poor service and poor quality of chicken I could hardly chew it. Not sure how long it was in that warmer.
