Comes down to the service in my opinion. Was told that they did not have caramel when asked for a caramel latte. Then ordered a other drink, didn’t have french vanilla. Asked what flavors they do have; employee told us they have ” salted caramel”. Wouldn’t you think that an employee would suggest since they don’t have caramel, how about salted caramel??? Where is the customer service at ?? Damn.

Nice location, easy in and out with hood parking and a drive through. Inside all the chairs were upside down to table tops even though it was the middle of the day so that was off-putting, and the service was marginally ok. Not very friendly, gave me iced coffee when I ordered a hot latte, barely made eye contact and hardly spoke to me while taking my order. Love DD coffee but might drive past this one next time and hope for a more welcoming environment at another location.

Love this Dunkin. I come here instead of my local one. I’d give 5 but my only complaint is you pay an extra $0.50 to get a splash of oat milk and if you order extra oat milk your charged extra again but a latte would have almost all oat milk and they’re only charged $0.50. Doesn’t make sense. Love it though. Food and drinks are usually always good.

Waited soo long for food. Finally a worker asked to see our receipts to straighten it out and forgot the hash browns and our sandwiches weren’t correct either. The whole place was a mess and everything was so chaotic. The food didn’t even taste good despite waiting so long for it and I watched the worker grab the sad last 1 or 2 hash browns from each tray when I notified them I had ordered them. Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to

Eh! Nice well maintained DD. The cashier was nice enough but took it upon himself to over do it (4 Splenda 4 skim) to general coffee request. The donuts weren’t the freshest (dough portion were getting hard) and donuts were lacking normal amount of filling. The bagel with cream cheese was very good though. The coffee, lack of filling. and almost stale donuts are reasons for 3/5.

don’t get their sweet tea it’s always old and sour, even when you ask for new they will tell you it’s just been brewed when it clearly hasn’t and has old particles floating in it. They kept giving me sour sweet tea and i finally gave up. DONT GET THE TEA
