I ordered online for delivery an hour ago; it stated it would take 20-25 minutes. That whole time it just kept saying “preparing your order.” At almost an hour in it went straight from that to “arrived” and order marked as complete. No one ever delivered anything to me. I call the store and it sends me to voicemail after a few rings. This was a $25 delivery and I have no food at 10pm after waiting. I never write reviews, but they’ve basically just stolen my money.

Worst Jimmy John’s sandwich I have ever eaten. It was soggy, probably because I made the mistake of pulling into the drive through line and was trapped for 30 minutes, and there was barely any meat or toppings. Lettuce was wilted and the half of a tomato slice was old. Will not be back.

This was my unwhich sandwich after waiting 45 minutes . The last 3 times I’ve ordered from them my food was not delivered for over an hour and I was never updated I had to call and just cancel my order. I’m annoyed and disgusted with this location.

Took soccer team to eat. The service was fast and food fresh. We have been to subway many times and Jimmy Johns speed of service is far beyond that of subway. The guys really enjoyed and asked if we could make JJ our go to place when traveling to games.

We were on a road trip to Colorado. Arrived at 8pm Jimmy john’s the lady that helped us was on point professional and personable. There was a team of three working and all seemed to be well performing until. To date the best experience I have had at a Jimmy John’s.

Couple of things. The Spicy Italian sandwich is consistently put together so well, so enjoyable! Also, went through one day and had trouble with my debit card. The young man at the drive through was so discreet and understanding, almost whispering through the window. Thank you for caring!

My teens food was perfect! The Young that assisted us was so friendly and professional. There was an issue with my food, My son showed him and he immediately took it seriously. I won’t say what it was and I also do not hold it against them because of how quickly it was resolved. I would still try that location again. It was my first time visiting Jimmy John’s since 2.11.21. I use to eat it 2-3 a week in Alabaster.
