We had four to our party individual orders and the orders got mixed up. Even duplicated but we were honest with them about that. We weren’t asked what type of fries we wanted either. I prefer the crinkle fries over the curly fries.

The service was great. People were awesome. But Arby’s change roast beef supplier years ago, and it’s not tasted good since. I’ve not had since around 2001. I thought I’d check it again and was not impressed.

I’ve always been a big fan of Arby’s, most of the time the food is fresh and delicious. Unfortunately this time I got a medium size curly fry that tasted like it had been sitting out in the cold all day long. They were completely inedible. Obviously somebody’s not paying attention to the quality of the food.

When I walked through the door the cashier that was working the drive through looked at me he was busy receiving an order, but he smiled at me and blocked the microphone. “My manager will help you, in just a moment.” His words were unnecessary as an angel didn’t descend from heaven but rather turned the corner I felt embarrassed I know she caught drinking her up with eyes but she ignored it and smiled. God she is beautiful.
