We all had high hopes for this place but like trying on that first summer swimsuit it turned to disappointment. The fries looked dead like they were dragged through the bayou and soaked in dirty oil. It’s going the same way KFC down the road went. Spend the extra $5 and go to B dubs.

So their wings are okay. If you want them crispy when you have a sauce I suggest order the sauce on the side. If you see this and like a mild spice order the HOT HONEY wings. They were so good, and crispy!!!! Skip the fries-they aren’t very good. I had the hot wings also and they were ok..need to be crisp, very soggy. It seems like if you want crispy go for more dry rubs.

Me and my son went in except for hot food not good food but HOT. We ordered 3pc Chicken Tenders and Louisiana 3pc wings and fries and they were cold. We waited 40 minutes in an ice cold room and got cold wings and tenders and hot fries. My experience was horrible.

On 4/12/23 I stopped in to place an oder of a 5 piece tender and fries. The young lady told me that it would be a 35/40 min wait. I didn’t understand this because the lobby was totally empty. This was the 2nd time this happened. Rather than getting the tenders and fries I kindly asked for the fries and was on my way. Today 4/13/23 I placed my order on line however when I got there, the lobby had about 8 people inside and orders were being prepared in a timely manner. I just concerned that my last 2 visits were not good ones, resulting in me leaving with only fries when my order could have simply been made . Please help me understand

Hooked, especially on the ranch. I get the mild strips, daughter get lemon pepper, and BF is trying a different one each time loves the Hawaiian best so far. Grap paper towels because they are pretty juicy strips and get messy. Atmosphere can feel busy & crowded at times. It’s very clean, service is fast/friendly. No garbage cans leaves you wondering “now what?” You can leave it at the table because they do come out to clean it or take tray up to counter. Hot fresh food and coke products.

Tried dining in and take out. Corporate really needs to help this store or at least the store manager needs to step up. Incorrect wait times and extremely excessive,, slow service (which I think no fault to their own, just severely understaffed), unsanitary practices with some employees.
