Comparing to other Port of Subs that I have been to, this location seems to go under the normal amount of meat that is put on the sandwiches. My OCD counts every time they cut fresh meat. As for the lobby, perhaps someone can come out from behind the counter when there are no orders being made to do a quick wipe down of the tables. Maybe push down the trash sitting on top of the trash cans because there is no room available for the trash to fall into the bin. Overall the quality of the food was good and I plan to return.

I’m a teacher and ordered some sandwiches for my team of students for their end of year celebration. There was some slight miscommunication from order to pick up wherein I ordered sandwiches for 105 students, but when I went to pick up there were only 45 sandwiches. I panicked, but the management pulled through and quickly made more sandwiches so I had 120 in time for the student luncheon which was in 20 minutes. It was phenomenal service and I was so grateful!

I used to love this location. -5. The worst place. Had my food stolen today some how after ordering through door dash come to find out it was NOT someone from door dash. Probably one of their employees and friends picking up my 30 dollar sandwich for my family. As im over here calling door dash thinking someone had my info it was an inside job. I had to call door dash to refund my order and cancel it. Way to go POS.

This establishment and the employees are horrible. They skimp on all their toppings. They also don’t change gloves after handling dirty money, they don’t listen, and apparently cannot handle a simple F-ing job. I got 1 handfull of lettuce for 2 large sandwiches. I intend to stop going there as it seems like this every time I have gone there. Zero stars

This is the best port of subs I’ve been to by far. The people that work here are the sweetest people I’ve met in a long time. I come in a good amount and everyone that works there knows my order to a T, they always have fresh food and a smile on their face. Out of all port of subs I’ll make a decent drive just to keep coming to this one. Thanks for being awesome guys keep it up!!

My boyfriend and I are from Oregon, we were passing through Reno on our way to Arizona when we stopped to grab a quick bite to eat at Port of Subs. The employees were sweet and made our sandwiches quickly. The food was absolutely delicious. Aside from what I mentioned above. I left my purse on one of the chairs and did not notice it was not with me until we were 4 hours away. We considered just canceling our trip because I didn’t have any identification. I contacted the business at 7:30 am (30 minutes before opening) and spoke with Aman. Aman told me my purse was still there. Without knowing I would pay him back, Aman was gracious enough to ship my purse (next day) to an address we are stopping by. Mind you this was not cheap. I am so grateful for the employees that were working last night and Aman, he definitely saved our vacation.
