Everything was wonderful, very clean environment, staff extremely friendly! Food was great but I had a large coke from the touch screen vending machine & excellent coke then I tried the sweet tea I’ve decided it’s always sweet tea for me at Moe’s! They were rushing to keep it full tonight because there was a line with everyone wanting the sweet tea! Nobody complained, we all just waited our turn! Nothing better than Moe’s famous sweet tea on our Alabama 100 degree July early evening! Get a large with lots of ice & keep going back for free refills! You’ll have sweet tea with you to go in a large cup! You won’t regret it! I thought the coke was the best ever until I tried the tea! I wish it was sold by the gallon, how about doing that for us???? Love you Moe’s!!

They missed items on food. When I called to explain what happen a girl that says she was the manager was very rude and unprofessional. She has a really nasty attitude and was not concerned at all.

A Blessed Travesty
Service is bad customer service is definitely dead at this place. Will not be going again! Had to repeat my order over and over. Only for him to say I was talking can you say that again. No greeting or you’re welcome..drive thru simple kids meal order for my son. I’d do better going to Chipotle or Taco Bell. Will never spend my money here again.

This was my first time here and I must say that the food was awesome. I had a homewrecker bowl and I was able to choose what I want on it. I ate off it three different times. Customer service was on point. I love it and will be back soon.

Received wrong item in app pickup order. Was expecting a Homewrecker Jr with chicken, rice, beans, etc. No! What I got – a tiny shriveled soft beef taco with rice and cheese. I did call the store number on my email receipt, and got a live person. I was very surprised. She did refund my card with the order. So I was disappointed with the item in my order, but got great customer service. Gave low rating because my order was wrong.

The food was good and the service was excellent, they let me sample things to see if i liked them before even buying which was nice for being a first time customer. If I had to chose Moe’s over Chipotle any day it would be Moes. Good food, great portions and excellent service.
