Definitely a favorite for us in Greenwood! Not only is the food delicious, but the prices are so reasonable! A real draw for us is the leisurely pace for dining…a lost luxury with most places just interested in “turning tables”. For those for a quick bite…Polo’s is not for you. We often spend 3 hours enjoying the food and company. We have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, or just a night out with friends to catch up with each other. The appetizers and salad selections are numerous and unique. The steaks are top notch…the filet mignon cuts like butter. The fish is always outstanding…prepared to the perfect temperature! No doubt due to the fact that Polo personally prepares each dish. Don’t forget to save room for dessert!

Unassuming venue with a delightful spread of choices. The service was prompt and courteous, the food was fresh and delicious, and the prices were unquestionably reasonable. I had the steak Dianne, cooked to perfection and teeming with accentuating flavors. The meal was so good I could not turn down dessert, a bananas flambe, which was equally admirable in its abundance of character.

Candice & Jordan were our waitresses. They did an excellent job taking care of us. The food was superb. I had the Greek chicken and feta salad. My husband had the king size Prime rib. We both raved over our meals. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. For dessert, my husband had the bananas flambe and I had the apple strudel crisp with ice cream drizzled with chocolate syrup and caramel. They were enticingly presented to us.

This restaurant needs some MAJOR updating in the decor. The smell of musty and an “old place” hit you as soon as you walk in the door. My goodness, it was such an overwhelming musty closet smell we almost walked out.

Went to dinner on Friday July 7th. They were slow inside. Ordered drinks and salad then dinner. Never could get a server to come back to order more drinks, never got our salad and then dinner arrived. Ordered the Steak Dianne. The mashed potatoes were horrible. No salt. No flavor and would have said made from a box except that it had small chunks in it. Broccoli had to seasoning at all. Steak was bland as well. Chef obviously does not taste his food.

My husband and I love eating at Polo’s. He is a wonderful cook, and our food is always delicious. Polo cooks 100% of all of the food and it makes the difference. Polos is a gem of Greenwood. Joe, our server, was wonderful and knowledgeable about the food options and very attentive to our needs. She is truly a wonderful waitress and is highly recommended. We highly recommend Polos!!
