Had a rude girl “Ariana” talk to me with attitude. After I got done ordering she didn’t realize her microphone was still on and called me a name. If you hate your job just quit! Don’t take it out on the customers who are just trying to get food!! The food was soggy and cold. Don’t bother with this place. Go to McDonalds they show that they care and the food is great and hot!

They didn’t have menu items however they were all still listed on the menu. This is frustrating when you attempt to order something and their like. Sorry out of that. Then you pick something else and get the oh we’re out of that too. And they had hardly any sauces in the dining area either with over half of the seats up so you couldn’t sit in them. It was only like five pm. Not like they were closing anytime!

Apparently it’s hard to read these days. Ordered a meal with no tomatoes. The entire meal came with tomatoes. Could not eat it because I’m allergic. I was ok with that because sometimes mistakes are made. We called the store and talked to the manager, Melissa. She was very rude about remaking the meal. It really amazes me that these restaurants expect you to drop what you’re doing to go get your order remade. And you should not receive attitude because you can’t go back that day. Maybe make the order right the first time Melissa.

Rarely waste my money at Taco Bell. Yet, my kids had practice and we needed a quick bite to eat. Order them meat and cheese crunchy tacos, I scooped out a teaspoon of meet and rest cheese. Then I said meat and cheese only and some had lettuce. I ordered 2 taco supreme with no lettuce for myself. NO sour cream and they added lettuce to both. To make things worse is that there was a hair inside one of the tacos. I should of taken my $24 elsewhere. Not sure when Taco Bell got this bad. I understand inflation and shortage of stuff but this is not acceptable to consumers.

This place seems to either give a great experience, or a terrible one, and it seems to mostly come down to who is working. There seem to be a lot of people in training here, but that’s just a guess. I usually order on the app because I need to grab and go on my lunchbreak – the idea being that I’m supposed to be able to put my order in remotely so it’ll be ready when I arrive. This has happened ONCE. Usually I have to wait 5-10 minutes for my order. This wouldn’t be so frustrating but for the fact that I have seen people who put their orders in after me get their food before me. Twice my food has been lukewarm when I got it and seemed to have been sitting while I waited. One time I ordered online and when I got there I was told they were out of the item I had ordered and paid for. To the credit of the guy working there he did offer me a substitution that was acceptable. The main problem seems to be that people here either know or don’t know how to work with the taco bell app and it can cause a lot of issues- but, its clean and most of the staff have been polite if not as helpful as they could be.

I had to repeat myself four times correcting him. How hard is it it for you to ring up a bean Burrito add beef. They then serve me a Dr Pepper that looks like very weak Tea. I point out that is a lot of carbonated water no syrup. They still wanted me to take it. I asked if they could change out the syrup and give me a Dr Pepper. He said we are out. (You didn’t even look.) When their drink system. Started making lots of noise they looked confused. I had to tell them that noise is the machine telling you, your out of syrup. *blank stares* just give me a root beer. Get my food. Just beans.
