This place is disgusting. I’m giving you a warning because I’ve just had the most terrible experience in terms of food. Not only is the place run down but the food quality is concerning. I’ve ordered the sweet and sour chicken and it was completely dry. Tasteless, and it was like a chunk of doughed chicken that was fried and no sauce on it. It was disgusting and I will never order from here again.

Racist. Attempted to steal my change and threatened to call police when I requested correct change amount. Never again. Also I was told that Jade Palace caused a Herpes break-out among a group of highshool students years ago. It was traced back directly an employee.

It could not have been better and I’m very difficult to please. The food was so good so fresh amazing. Spare were the biggest I’ve ever seen. The rice was perfect it had everything in it. I always buy my own Duck Sauce a separate half pound container but the quality of what they make so much better than any I’ve ever had you owe it to yourself to try this place. I was very disappointed the Egg Foo Young gravy was watery. The egg needed salt. The sautéed broccoli taste like it had pickle spice in it. This place must be under new management. I’ve been going there on and off for over 20 years. I won’t be ordering from them no time soon.

The food here is absolutely terrible, they use bare hands when handling food & prepare meals in unsanitary work space conditions. I ordered Honey Wings with Shrimp Fried Rice & had to immediately dispose of it, the chicken was inedible. Very Disappointed. If I could I would give 0 stars 🙁

When I arrived to pick up order, they had no idea I had placed an online order. They NEVER checked. So I had to wait. The food was horrible. The fried rice had no taste and the chicken had a weird taste. I left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. It was not worth the wait.
