Clean. Great customer services. Dine in or takeout. Known for their bbq. Plenty of parking. Odd to drive into but none the less it sits off main road not far from highway. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup.

The “Open Sign” was off but they were Open on a Saturday @7:30 pm. I paid $57.77 for 4 ribs, possibly 1/2 lbs of brisket, 2 large sides and 4 biscuits The customer service was good tho!

Been meaning to try it this place and went it for today. Had it delivered and even via delivery the food was pretty fresh and tasty. We were missing a part of our order but honestly, the quality made up for it. Brisket was very good. Sausage was excellent. Sides were pretty good too. Will probably hit it again.

2nd time visiting this location. First time, I was greeted when I walked in the door, but then ignored while I waited at the counter to place my order. I guess protocol is to wait until employees finish their personal conversations. The brisket was good though. Today at 7/8/23 (Saturday) at 12:43 pm, stopped by again to give them another try because I wanted the brisket again and the door is locked— doesn’t appear to be any workers inside during hours this location is supposed to be open. Sigh. I tried to support this business, but guess I’ll have to take my money and business elsewhere.

This review isn’t per se on the Food because I’ve had it several times and I’ve always enjoyed the food at this location. I spoke with someone on July 10, 2023, after I placed the order online just to get to the location and see that it was closed. The owner was inside so I called she told me that they would get my money back and call Corporate at that time. I still haven’t received my money. I’ve been trying to speak with Corporate. They won’t call me back after leaving my name, number and email address. I have no way of getting my money back. Does anyone have a way of getting in touch with anybody so I can get my money back? HELP PLEASE!

My first time eating at this restaurant ever and it will be the last time. I should have gone to This is It BBQ joint. The customer service was horrible. The staff was inattentive. After I walked in, I stood in the place where you order your food, but since no one offered me any help (they stood around and stared at me), I then walked towards the register. Two women came over, one with braids and the other with blue hair and they were still hesitant to help me. Finally the girl with the blue hair told me I had to order “my meat” at the other end. OKAY.

I won’t be patronizing this location any longer. I placed an online order that showed my order would be ready in 10 mins, I arrived 9 minutes later at 7:55pm. The door is locked and I have to knock to inquire about my order. The gentleman inside comes to the door and asks me to please cancel and someone will process tomorrow. I’m sorry, WHAT? You have my money, I have no food, and you want me to hold tight until someone figures it out later.

I don’t think we will be back. I had Brisket and Chicken plate with Texas Sweet Corn and Onion Tanglers. My husband had the Poultry Plate (chicken and turkey) with Texas Sweet Corn and Cabbage Slaw. The brisket and chicken were tender and well seasoned. The Texas Sweet corn was not sweet at all. The rolls were good. The portion sizes were small compared to a Jim and Nick’s. We spent almost the same amount as we would there. The service was EXTREMELY slow. No one welcomed or greeted us when we walked in. There were no signs directing us to the line up. We were asked if everything was okay, we responded yes.
