I order through Door Dash, almost weekly, and I NEVER get Horsey sauce, even though it is requested, and I put a note in the order. Usually no straw, and definitely no napkins or utensils. The next time I don’t get sauce, will be the last time I order.

Placed an onlinr order last night before 7pm, was told it would be ready at 6:54. When I went to the door it was locked, no problem I’ll go thru the drive thru…..haha, they were closed. So they took my $28.46 with no dinner to show, so I went online and emailed them. When I called location this morning, Erika answered the phone. I explained the issue, and asked her to refund me my money from last night. I was told I would have to contact the online service, when I explained this wasn’t my issue that they didn’t turn off their online ordering when the closed she yelled at me and hung up!!! Very classy Arby’s, very classy. Arby’s here when it opened was very good, but obviously the owner cares as much about how Arby’s is run just like their Rally’s location here as well!!!

I LOVE Arby’s. I hope they make it, but I doubt they will. I have gone 5 times in the last 2 weeks, TRYING to get a roast beef sandwich. How are they always out when I go ? It’s become such a joke that now all my friends have been going and texting me the same issue. Like seriously, where’s the meats? If you’re going to use that as a tagline, then maybe be ae to offer it.

Saturday February 18th at 920 pm. Stopped by to pick up supper. Ordered roast beef. “sorry but we are out of roast beef”. Okay, ribeye and was stopped by the clerk and told they were out of ribeye. Then give me 4 chicken… Again stopped by the clerk and told they were out of chicken

Don go after 9 pm to Murray Arby’s. They clean the meat cutter and then claim they are out of the meat that has to be cut! I have MNAY MORE COMPLAINTS about this place. I stopped going. Decided to try them again and obviously no changes.

The 3 ladies that were working were short handed and working as clean and as fast as they could to get orders out. Evidently someone walked out on them. I wish I had gotten their names. The name Erika was on my receipt. I noticed their cleanliness as they changed out their gloves often due to the orders they were filling and having to stop and take orders. This wonderful service should not go unnoticed. Thank you for the wonderful service I received. Well done ladies
