We are in the area for Memorial weekend and saw the new pho place. I am quite surprised by the cost of a bowl of Phở. First of all, this restaurant has only 1 dish, which is phở with a variety of proteins. Second, Phở broth is a little dark and cloudy. Third, pho noodles are not fully cooked, I believe it is only 90% cook because i can not feel and taste the bouncy, little chewy of phở noodles. The noodles end up broken in small pieces when you start eating. Fourth, I ordered tái aka rare flank steak, and i thought this side meat should be separate but ended up in the bowl with fully cooked. The sad part is side vegetables (bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños and missing cilantro) their portions are pitiful. I can’t justify the portion and the cost for 1 bowl of Phở.

Eating at pho house cafe was a great experience overall. Upon entering the restaurant you immediately notice how nice the atmoshphere is. The restaurant is very clean and the decoration is very tasteful, not too opulent. The owners of the restaurant are two very friendly people, who clearly care about your experience as a guest and about serving you with an authentic, tasty, fully homemade pho. Both the springrolls and the pho tasted delicious. You could clearly tell that they have taken their time to make their own, delicious broth. From the first to the last spoon, the broth was delicious and consistent in flavor. Unlike what one person has written before, this shows that they DO NOT use any powders or pastes to make their beef broth. 10/10, would definitely recommend

Had the oxtail and tenderloin pho, wow! The meat was tender and flavorful, quite a new experience and a full flavored broth with chi paste to accent the flavors. Highly recommend you give it a try. Nice atmosphere and fantastic food!

Have eaten here a few times now. Food has been great every time. Wanted to add one thing that made my husband and I very happy. The owner came over to us at lunch one day and showed us how to make a delicious sauce to dip the meat. It’s now what we make everytime!

We ordered the tenderloin beef pho and it was delicious. We really enjoyed the flavor of the pho and the meat was different compared to all other pho restaurants. The meat was tender and no fat. We will be back to eat here again. Also, the restrooms were really clean. That’s a bonus for me!

This pho restaurant is a bit more on the expensive side. However, with good reason. The ingredients are high quality! The meat is absolutely delicious and extremely high quantity as well. The menu is small so come here if you want a PHO! Because that’s their specialty! dinning room is beautiful, restrooms are extremely clean and they even have reusable towels in the restroom with a basket for your dirty towels when you are done. Waitress nice and super sweet!

Instantly one of my new favorite places in Kenner. My family has gone four times already. We always order the same thing because it’s that delicious. The brisket pho and egg rolls. The quality of the brisket is excellent, so tender and it cuts with a fork! The broth flavor is incomparable. The waitstaff is friendly and accommodating. The owner is always in there and very personable. I also recommend the jasmine tea. Freshest, most flavorful and quality Pho in this area!
