Just got home from this place and noticed they put cheese on a sandwich that was supposed to have no cheese. Checked the receipt and it says no cheese. Please train your employees to be more competent and have more attention to detail. Also fill the dang drinks up to the top.

Cannot even begin to tell you how great this place is. They took my catering order….the event was cancelled due to weather and they worked with me on the timing of my order even though it was last minute. Went to pick up the order and they made it fresh, on the spot in under 20 minutes, makes subway look like child’s play. Let’s not forget the food tastes amazing! You just don’t see this kind of awesome service anymore, they work hard and are polite. 10/10 recommend

Drive-through was closed and the service was slow. My favorite sandwich in the world is at JJ’s, but I don’t know that I’ll come back to this location. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my two sandwiches, which feels like a long time for a restaurant that promises “Subs so fast you’ll freak”. I understand they were probably short staffed, but my experience was still not what I’ve come to expect from JJ’s.
