Picked this restaurant to have Eid dinner with my family. Drove 30 miles to be extremely disappointed. The dining area that is opposite the banquet hall is designed like someone’s basement. No windows, odd paint colors, bad lighting. There is 0 ambiance, no music, nothing. Kids are running around from other parties, it’s like a mess hall because of how loud it was. We could not hear each other speak.

Food was subpar, satisfactory at best. Not worth the money. The food was not ready at the time they told us; it was maybe 45-60minutes late. When we placed the order, they did not tell us that if we paid with a card (credit or debit), it would be an additional 10% charge and they prefer cash. So, we have a large order and of course 10% ends up being an additional $50-$60 on top of the expansive order at base price. I will not be a customer in the future and would recommend against catering from them in the future.

I don’t understand what origin of food this place serves. Didn’t seem Indian or Pakistani, the mutton curry was extremely salty that it almost killed my appetite for other items, the chicken entrees wasn’t great at all, chunks of chicken that were merely marinated and probably sautéed or grilled and served and the biryani had nothing great about it. The place’s food might not be great but their staff is!

Greetings, I must say…I am impressed that I entered the Falak Restaurant & Banquets during brunch on Sunday, May 21, 2023 looking for directions & the food smelled great & looked so appetizing! Therefore, I stayed for brunch. The cuisine was just exploding with flavor, balance variety. The staff was great, the customers were very friendly & I changed my plans to stay awhile & had desert after I stuffed myself, “YES!” This was my first experience & “I’ll Be Back, respectfully!”

Thanks to everyone at Falak, our holiday party at work was a success as everyone loved your food. It was delicious! Everything was ready for pick up early and it was warm, spicy, plentiful, etc. We had beef and veggie samosas, 2 kinds of naan and puri, safron rice, 3 entrees – butter chicken, chicken tikka and a lamb entree. So much food, but it was a hit. So many had never ever tried Indian food, now they have been converted. We will be back! Well done! Thank you Masood!
