I received the incorrect order form this restaurant. I immediately called the restaurant and was advised that I would receive a credit for my order to be replaced at a future date. Due to the server not fully entering my information into the system after assuring me it was there, the manager refused to honor the credit. It will do you no good if you have your receipt, name or any other information to help remedy the issue. Please do not waste your time at this restaurant. This is poor service and an extreme disregard for paying customers. You will literally waste your hard earned money due to the fault of someone elses negligence. The manager Amy refused to do anything to make the situation right. If you are okay with this type of treatment, lack luster service and nasty food please come to this country club location.

My husband & I recently visited at lunch on May 1. A rare treat for us as we rarely get to have lunch together. The waitress was thorough and kind. However, our food was sub par at best. The wings were cold (not the least bit warm) -as in it seemed they were cooked right before opening and left to sit. The tater tots had been dropped twice in oil (which means they were dropped to cook half way and then when an order came in they were dropped the 2nd time to finish cooking). As one who has been part of restaurant ownership this seems to be common but nonetheless unsatisfactory. This is not a fast food restaurant so those types of tactics should never be used.

Food was subpar, wait time unreal. Manager said they were just so busy with take out calls. She didn’t offer a drink to go, a dessert, nothing. She said she could only offer an I’m sorry. There were two other tables in the dining room. Such a disappointment for a date night.

Horrible customer service!! Sunday April 10, 22 @ 1:21pm. Called the store about my order and was treated like I was a burden to her. Wouldn’t assist me, told me rudely. I Ordered extra cheese and extra salad dressing and received no cheese on salad and one dressing. Which I paid extra to request. I plan to call corporate office to report situation.
