I believe they’ve changed owners because I see a different guy making pizza. The quality of the pizza is not the same, it has declined. I went in and got what I always got a plain slice and the sausage, pepper, onion slice. Both were greasy and I got them to stay, it was warm outside, but it was hotter inside, I give the workers credit because there is no way I would tolerate working in that heat. I actually walked outside into 95 degree heat and it was a relief. I usually give places the benefit of the doubt and keep going back in hopes of improvement, but sorry to say I won’t go back nor will my family order from there again. I think they are as busy as they are because all people who order from there have been doing so for years and don’t want to change.

They sometimes get too busy and clearly don’t care about satisfaction. TWICE now i got pizza that was under cooked. HOW is this possible? You’re supposed to look at the underside before you take it out of the freaking oven! They just want to get those pies out of there and get the next one in. I was going too far away to go back and get it remade for me. They would only replace it the same night, which just wasn’t possible. This is how they treat a customer who’s been going there since they opened. SHAME on them. Probably got over 200 pizzas there over the years. I warned my parents about them and they got a burnt one the last time they went there. Never again

Placed an order – wrong pizza arrived. Now this is 2 hours after ordering. Called them and a replacement was on the way. 30 minutes later I received my pizza. Open the box and half of pie is on the box. I didn’t want to call and bother again so I reached out to Slice. They informed them it was my problem and no replacement or discount would be applied. Last time I order from Valentinos. I’ve had issues in the past and I’ve been meant with you should of called last night. I would have but my pizza came after they closed. Also consistently varies wildly. Almost like 2 different people are making the pizza.

I made mistake ordering on slice, they wouldn’t exchange my order saying there not going to eat the 20 dollars it’s not there fault, manager was extremely rude . I ordered from place all time I am law enforcement officer. I spend lot money they couldn’t exchange in good faith, also the food that did order came was ice cold and hair in the chicken!

In the 4 years since living in this area, we have tried several different pizzerias. We have enjoyed Valentino’s pizza, so we decided to try their subs and dinner’s tonight. Unfortunately, the eggplant parmigiana dinner was not ideal.

Paul the owner is a real people person. He is always willing to satisfy his customers and he will make almost any kind of pizza or other food you mite want. It definitely is some of the best pizza at the Bayshore. If you haven’t tried food here yet you should check it out. True Italian food. You won’t be disappointed.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and the pizza was delicious. Ordered yesterday and the plain cheese was horrible – tasteless and mushy. The Valentino pizza was better because of the salt in the bacon, but the crust itself – zero flavor. Definitely a consistency issue in terms of the quality of the pizza.
