Placed an ordered for delivery at 3:42. Received notification that it would take 25 minutes to arrive. Called at 4:22 to see where my pizza was. Tracking showed it was still in prep phase. Was told it was on its way. At 4:30 tracking showed my pizza was being baked. Called at 4:40 to find out where my pizza was but no answer. Had to drive to store and ask where my pizza was only to find out it was sitting on the shelf. Was given some excuse about only one delivery driver and the last guy they had to deliver to was causing them trouble.

pretty sure they tried to kidnap me because the guy called me multiple times telling me to come out to his car to get my pizza? when i sent a man out (because no way in hell am i walking out to a man’s car in the pitch black night to get DELIVERY pizza) the driver told him that they make the customers come out to their car for safety because they get “fake calls” and another thing: i drove past one day and saw a worker smoking inside the building. don’t order from this store guys.

I ordered food and drinks today and they brought the wrong drinks. Called the store and they sent the right drinks, but not the correct quantity. I again called the Dominos and they said they would bring the rest. It has been 4 hours now and no drinks. I live 1.1 miles away, so their service sucks. Not unusual for this group, but the only Dominos that will deliver since it is so close to me.

The guy who served me was the same one who prepared the pizza, at no time did he wash his hands and I didn’t see him put on gloves or something to handle the dough or the food, which was very unpleasant for me, I preferred not to eat it.

Absolute trash delivery and customer service. Had to walk a quarter-mile to a different house to find my order which was then cold after we got it. The driver was completely clueless and unapologetic. The drivers name is Lohi. He assured me over and over that he had dropped it off at the right house until I finally looked outside with him on the phone for 10 minutes before he asked me to go and check the other houses. There was no attempt by him or his store manager to make things right or do anything more than say I’m sorry for your inconvenience. Do not order from the store!

This pizza is putrid! I know it’s cheap. I know it’s a chain, but this is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I can make a pizza 1000% better.The sauce tastes like wet dog! There’s no cheese. The toppings and the crust are not bad but doesn’t hide the overall gross flavor. Won’t buy again please taste your food it’s awful. I’ve lived in Mars my whole life. We don’t have a good pizza place, literally everyone is horrible. Care about your products!! I hate to negative review but people deserve better. Please improve!!

Ordered pizza from here on a Friday night for my work crew and got an email 20 minutes later saying that my order was canceled. Drove down to the pizza shop and the lights are out and they’re closed. According to the website it says they should have been open another hour. Ended up ordering from a different Dominos about 6 miles further and I’m glad I did because they were the nicest crew and appreciated the $100 tip. Bad first impression for a new pizza shop.

Ordered a pizza and a couple drinks for my fiancé and I, food came but they forgot my drinks, the delivery guy had to run not even 10 mins down the road to grab my drinks took an additional 30 mins on top of having to call the store to remind them about the drinks. Also got a rude side comment before employee hung up. Great business dominos keep it up.
